Didn't get the size I ordered, but did after I shrank it.

Update: I Wash and dryed it on hot and now it fits perfect. I ordered a 36/38 A/B. And they gave me a 36D. Initially it was too big but being cotton I gave it a good hot wash and shrank it a fair amount. The only remaining issue was the stitching diagonally across the cup. It will show through clothes if you're not completely filling out the cup or pinning your shoulder back. Anyways, I guess maybe they expect us to wash and dry the bra purposefully to shrink it so they sized accordingly or it was just serendipitous.

There is a support strip on the sides which should have been left out. They bow out creating a buldge. Doesnt look good.

A good deal if you're not fussy. Very basic and haven't washed it yet but I expect a moderate outcome. It's a very basic design and construction. That's worth the $$$$ saved from name brand, upscale.

I'm thankful it works, so I shouldn't complain...

This is a tough review. It's the best 100% cotton bra I've bought, but it's not what I want. I have yet to find a 100% cotton bra, or even natural fabric bra, that I like and can afford in my size. I'm a 34DD, which is an extremely difficult size to find in natural fabrics! So I'm thankful that this bra fits and does the job. The good: - It works. - It's comfortable. - It has pockets for padding. - It doesn't break me out like all plastic (polyester, nylon, spandex) bras do. -It's lighter and cooler than synthetic fabric bras. -The support and lift is good despite no underwire. The mediocre / just okay: - It doesn't shape beautifully like a tshirt bra does, but it does shape instead of flatten. - The straps are average, not wide for comfort. The bad: -There is a seam that goes across the center of the breast, and it can be seen through any non-loose fitting shirt. I cannot wear this with some of my shirts unless I have a jacket on. -It doesn't quite look like the photo here. It acts a little like a shelf bra in that the middle, between the cups, sticks out with the cups instead of sitting closer to the skin. This is part if the shaping problem. So if you're like me and are sensitive to what you put on your skin, have a large breast size, and are on a budget, this might be the be the best option for you. It's not bad, but certainly not what I want in a bra.

Hard to find sizes

AA sizes are hard to find without a lot of unwanted padding. And they are a comfortable cotton.

Band is very tight on 32.

Nicely made and would be comfortable if the band were not so tight. I ordered the same size, 32D, as every other bra I own (mostly high-end such as Wacoal, all of which fit well). The cups are just about right (shallow to average, as stated), but the band is quite tight on the loosest setting. Will order 34C and 34D to see if either works better, although neither size has ever fit me in any brand or style. Will update. UPDATE: The 34D arrived and seems true to size, so doesn't fit me (too big in band on smallest setting, and slightly big in the cup). I can't order the 34C because there's no free return in that particular size (crazy policy), so returning both and giving up. A shame the 32 band is so extremely small.

Bra isn't 100% cotton

The description accompanying this item is deceptive. See questions answered about the shoulder straps and elastic band around the bra being cotton or not. The box it came in doesn't say, and the label in bra says 'body and pocket 100% cotton.' The elastic feels like it is polyester or nylon or something synthetic. Another reviewer said in answering this question that the elastic isn't cotton, as it irritates her skin; I already had this problem with other "100% cotton" bras that have the synthetic elastic band. I had hoped to replace those bras with one like this, if it were indeed truly 100% cotton on all parts of the bra. The company needs to make bra fabric content and straps/elastic content clear in its description here on Amazon and on their packaging, as many women have problems with the synthetic material against the skin. I became ill, wasn't able to return it within the 30 day return limit... this makes me all the more irritated, as this bra was costly. I feel I will need to order 100% cotton elastic to put over the band, so that the synthetic elastic is not directly against my skin, if I want to wear this bra. Additional note: the color of the actual bra received is a dark tan/nude color, a few shades darker than what is pictured in the photo.

Comfort, fit and quality are all A1 (38B)

Now I'm afraid to wear it out ... what if I can't find another one in a year? Yikes. No seriously, this is a bra that is very well made and FITS! Like when I was a girl, like about 50 years ago. No fancy anything, no prickly lace, rollup elastics, grabby straps, no pushups (although there is a slot for them/sigh). Just comfort, I forget that I have it on. Nice breathable material, good support without underwires. I don't sweat under my breasts with this bra. Plus there is a bra strap extender which I don't need, but it's a nice gesture. Worth every penny.

Comfortable everyday bra

Not the most flattering bra to look at but very comfortable. No slipping straps, no wires digging in, just a basic good bra.

Good basic mastectomy bra

I’m happy with these bras. I find the cotton product far more comfortable than the nylon, less likely to feel hot and tight around the ribs. The straps are good - more like ordinary bras. It holds a prosthesis firmly so I can wear it with confidence. A minor disadvantage is that the cups do need a quick iron unless you smooth them carefully straight from the washing machine. My one objection is the price - Amazon charges VAT on items which should be sold free of VAT, thus forcing the sellers to charge VAT. Amazon policy is discriminatory and should be challenged.
