Excelent pentru șlefuirea compusului pentru rosturi, îndepărtarea texturilor și reziduurilor de tapet și îndepărtarea materialului de uz general. Granulele de oxid de aluminiu se refractează pentru o durată de viață mai lungă, iar acoperirea cu stearat este mai rece pentru o încărcare redusă. Se potrivește cu 9 suporturi cu cârlig și buclă, adesea folosite pe majoritatea mașinilor de șlefuit pentru gips-carton, cu și fără aspirație de praf. Materialul excelent asemănător cu plasă de plasă elimină încărcarea și are o viață foarte lungă. Construcția specială a plasei funcționează ca un ecran de nisip cu un atașament velcro și poate fi folosit cu orice model de găuri pentru șlefuire fără praf. 3 discuri fiecare cu granulație de 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180 și 240 pentru un total de 21 de discuri.

Fantastic mesh sanding disc.

I was really impressed with how durable these the discs are, I used them to do a first coat of sanding on drywall mud. They also didn’t leave a mesh impression in the mud which some other brands will do. I did my entire project which was about 1500 square feet with one disc.

The media could not be loaded. great paper for an dust extraction setup like mine, you don't have to worry about lining the holes up because it's netted & allows vacuum to suck as much dust as possible while sanding. used paper for this job & blew through it pretty quick.

Saves time and money!

I purchased the 150 grit disc primarily to sand drywall mud between coats. It worked as expected. The big bonus was I needed to sand off 2 day old paint and the old paint below it. As expected to newer paint gummed up really quick but all I had to do was remove the disc, flex it and lightly scrape and it was good to use again. Did the whole door with just two disc. With the flow through mesh design changing disc was quick and easy since you don’t waste time getting the holes in the disc aligned to the pad. Only 4 points because as the disc wore down they had a tendency to polish the surface being sanded, lowering the RPMs helped the issue.

Use this to remove texture from drywall

Needed to remove paint and crows foot texture off of drywall. After going through 60 grit sandpaper discs so quickly and not making a lot of progress, I was in search of a better way. I stumbled across these on Amazon. I ordered a pack of 10 to try them out. After using a few, I went back to order several more packs. These things are amazing. They peel off paint without clogging up the sander and the fine mesh allows most of the dust to suck into the shop vac (as it's intense to with my sander). I was able to cover a larger section with one of these than with the sandpaper disc of the same grit. I suggest using these for that initial pass and then follow up with a higher grit to smooth out textured walls.

Great screens

I used them to and down epoxy and they worked wonderfully. If they got build up t turned the sander on and hit it with the edge of a paint stir stick and it cleaned everything off good as new

Drywall sanding is never fun but this made it somewhat better.

This lasted much better than the rectangular drywall sander abrasive. It didn’t leave sanding lines either.

Last 10 times as long, washable - total game changer!!!!

Last 10 times as long, washable and I will never go back to paper if at all possible - total game changer!!!! And no worries about matching air hole ports - the whole thing is porous! Much less buildup - and you can actually wash off the buildup. A well used 80 grit becomes a very good 120 all on its own - still useable!

paint dont stick.

very good for removing acrilic paint. paint dont get stuck on the disc as much. its the only pad that works for me when sanding painted wall
