because shop provided nice IR gun

I bought this wrench last year, because I started working at dealership. I didn't use it for few months,because shop provided nice IR gun. After six months, I decided to use this big boy. Most of the technicians at shop uses snap on or IR guns. Everyone was excited to see the power of this gun. Trust me it was very embarrassing moment for me, when simply 110 ft.lb torque lug nut couldn't removed. (Max forward torque 750 ft. lb. -Brake away torque 1100 ft. lb.) I work at dealership, and air supply is not an issue. I have an older Matco mt1758TH, I think it is rated for 500 ft. lb torque, and it removed the lug nut like butter. This happened in few occasion and I never touched it again. I sold it in Craigslist for cheap and done with it. I replace lot of suspension parts in Volvo's and brake job is done three to four times a day, at least. I do want to like this gun, because of it's quite operation and light weight, but if I can't use it, than it is $125.00 paper weight. Customer service is very helpful at Sunex and easy to talk to some one, but if you want fix your tool, you pay for shipping. I may be received bad piece, and may be this guns are good, but I will stick with Matco or IR.
