I think works - less hard water buildup
I think this product works as there is less hard water buildup in my shower compared to other places like the kitchen sink. I imagine it does wonders for my skin and hair

cleans your water
I've been using these water filters or decades. When I put a fresh one into my shower handle, I can feel the cleanness of the water. After a few months, the water begins to feel a bit oily. That's when I know it's time to switch filters. When I remove the old filters, I can see that the filter beads are blackened. That's how I know these filters are working.

Package arrived with the seal broken
I have ordered this product for many years and this is the first time I received the item with the seal already opened. Everything looks good inside so I am keeping the product. I'm not sure if this was a returned item or what but I was surprised someone had cut the seal.

Slowed down water pressure
My water pressure was cut down quite a bit. Something has changed since the last filter I bought. Sprite did not honor the "Lifetime Guarantee" that came with the shower head. My written paperwork said lifetime but the manufacturer said it was a mistake. I don't think the filters really help the faucet at all. I know this is a little off for the filters but the filters came from the same manufacturer and goes hand in hand. I would not buy their products again. They still should have honored their written paperwork that came with the unit.

- happy with purchase - per enclosed product instruction: lubricate the rubber rings on shower head ends with petroleum, such as Vaseline - chap stick works out just fine - recommended 3 months use - I do 6 months as I lather and rinse with tap water - then cool to cold water final rinse with Sprite cartridge hand held shower attachment - rinses off the tap water - a way to extend the cartridge life - once a month remove cartridge and turn/ flip cartridge ends to get maximum effect - nice to be able to save money any way you can - my skin is less dry and itchy using this product and hair is noticeably softer - very happy Amazon has these available for purchase - * after new cartridge install run water 5 minutes before first use - cold water is fine -

Good product !
I bought a new Sprite shower head about three months ago and it's time to replace the filter. The new shower head with the filter helps me a bit to reduce my hair loss and body skin itchiness after each shower. I'll continue to use it to see if there will be further improvements.
