Could be a problem for sensitive skin

I tried it and my face felt soooo clean! However, shortly afterwards it felt super sensitive to the touch and I was afraid it would break me out. I used some Eucerin and the feeling went away. I'll use it again, I'll just make sure to moisturize right afterwards.

Harmful ingredients? Maybe

This is for the tea tree Shea butter sponge cleanser. I try to use products that don’t have harmful ingredients in them even if they don’t have a longer shelf life. There are three ingredients that stood out to me as potentially harmful. Got this info from healthline on the web, it states “Phenoxyethanol is thought to cause central nervous system damage in exposed infants. However, there’s no known significant risk to the mother, or other healthy adults without allergies.” “Several studies have shown both humans and animals can experience: skin irritation rashes eczema hives” Tetrasodium Etidronate “There have been some case reports of sensitive individuals developing eczema after using cream with tetrasodium EDTA, and it's known to be a potent eye irritant. It can also be slow to degrade, making it a poor choice for environmental health”. Tetrasodium EDTA also helps maintain clarity, protect fragrance compounds, and prevent rancidity. ... The Cosmetic Safety Database rates the hazard of the ingredient at a low “2,” with a low overall health hazard, and EDTA has not been found to cause cancer in laboratory animals.“ Pentasodium Pentetate, are compounds that bind metals, also known as chelating agents. Pentasodium Pentetate is chemically similar to EDTA (ethylenediamino tetraacetic acid), a chemical widely used as a chelating agent in foods and other materials. I couldn’t find much with this one as in safety. As adults using this product it should be fine, but just wanted to post this so people are more aware of what is exactly in these products. As for usage, I haven’t used it enough to notice any differences in my skin. It is so easy to use. I do not use this everyday just to limit my exposure to chemicals. My skin feels clean after each use and not over drying. Hope this helped

This thing right here has been the best thing introduced to my skincare routine. I constantly battle dry skin and prone to breakouts. This has a soft exfoliator on one side and the sponge on the other. It cleanses your face without leaving it too dry and the exfoliator helps get rid of any nasty buildup and dead skin. At less than $6 you can't beat it!

Great, but...

I like the cleansing product and it seem effective. I am quite confused by the design. Whi much side am I to use on my face is the million dollar question. Each side does have a slightly different feel but I am not sure which side is the most effective side for my face.
