Great Chair

It was very easy and quick to assemble the parts, The chair itself is very comfy and the order came really quick. In my (and my wife's) opinion, The product deserves 5 stars.

The media could not be loaded. Dislikes: the black marks even though it seem like it was packaged well and the wheels don’t roll very well sounds like there rubbing & would not last! fabric is Soft a little on thin side for leather I ? That! , As far as the adjustments in the seat work great seems to be ComfortableI I have mixed feelings about it! 1,3,2023 Update! After sitting in it for may an hour at most, it feels like I’m being push forward in middle of my back & sliding out of the seat. I’m 5.8 1/2 weight 144 lbs and have long legs this chair would be more suited for a young girl-early teens and not for an adult. I hope my review helps! I will be returning it!

Perfect for small space

Also there was a flaw with the one sent to me This chair is comfortable to sit on but the part you sit on is not long enough, and even if you do NOT have long legs a good part of the back of your legs will not be supported . This can depend on your own dimensions. The material is soft and cushiony. It has a real nice, neat look to it. It is not hard to assemble except maybe for people who are extremely "un-handy." I happen to have a good deal of "handiness" to me and I assemble a lot of things that need assembly. Also the chair is the kind that has a valve so that you can make the chair taller or shorter as necessary. Unfortunately the one I ordered has a valve that does not work properly and I have to put effort constantly pressing it to make the chair go up or down. I decided to keep the chair anyway because it would be a big hassle sending it back and it seems it would have to go back to a different country than the U.S. I may contact the seller though to ask for a partial refund. I don't know what will come of that. As of yet I have only been using the chair a few weeks. I cannot yet speak about the long-term durability. The material does not feel very cheap . Has good quality and yet I just can only hope it lasts. I will update as needed and as I am able to. UPDATE (December 23 2021) The original review above was posted approximately November 3 2021. The company contacted me after I notified them about the fault with the valve. Also they saw the review above. They offered me partial refund. Also they stated that they would inform the manufacturing department about the malfunctioning valve so that in the future, chairs will be checked for faultiness and such issues hopefully will be found fixed. Thus the company was responsible about the matter. I originally gave 3 stars. I upgrade it to four stars for customer service.

Nice Chair subsequent to difficult assembly

The chair is used for a few hours a week at a back room computer desk. It is sturdy and comfortable for this purpose although I would require more comfort and flexibility for one of our our regular stations. My biggest objection is insertion of the wheels. My strong spouse had to, with significant effort, slam them in place. The hand insertion method is necessary since any tool would obviously damage the wheels. There's no way I could have successfully completed this unpleasant task.

easy to put together, incredibly uncomfortable

I needed a replacement chair for my desk and this one looked just like it, so I eagerly bought it. However it's not very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time, due to the actual seat portion being a bit too short. My legs have red marks on them from this, and this makes it hard to truly enjoy the chair. I will give it credit for being sturdy and easy to assemble, but the actual seat portion that people sit on *needs* to be longer. I don't like ordering a chair and discovering that I can't sit in it without getting uncomfortable after twenty minutes, y'know?
