Best shoes ever!
I have two sons that walk every where and is so hard on shoes. With the Goodyear tire soles, the last pair lasted for almost a year. The inside of the shoe was a bit rough, but just added new inserts, as the soles were still good. They have different colors and styles which is great as I got two pair.

these are great work shoes
These shoes a fantastic. i needed some black shoes for a new job 18 months ago and found these in famous footware. they were comfortable and the only reason i needed a new pair to replace them is the inside around the heel was starting to degrade too much that it was annoying. but probably could have gotten another month or so out of them. I stand on my feet with these for anywhere from 30-40 hours a week. whatever you do don't skimp and buy a cheepo pair, invest in these, you won't regret it. i was expecting a new pair to be uncomfortable for a couple days too and these were not at all. I might buy another pair for backup or when these new ones go out just in case they disco them.

Comfortable excellence.
I've been buying Sketchers for years because I love the gel insoles, design, and fit. Usually I need to wear the shoes for a few days to break them in before they're really comfortable. Not these shoes. As soon as I put them on and stood up, I could tell how comfortable they were. I especially love the tire-derived design of the sole. I see why they put Goodyear's logo on it. These seem to be etremely well made shoes, which should last me years like my previous Sketchers have. I clean and coat my shoes with Bailey's Black Leather Care once per season (about every 4 months) and they almost al2ays last until I wear out the foam of the soles or the foam sole starts to separate, usually in the second year. These Goodyear rubber soles should outlast the leather on the uppers. They feel like they will. We shall see.
