Great customer service

Beautiful dishes! I had 3 broken pieces upon receipt and Elama customer service promptly replaced them. I ordered a second set.

Wonderful craftsmanship at a reasonable price

I ordered enough for a place setting of 8. The items were packaged to ensure that mishandling would not damage the items during shipping. They are light but feel very steady when in use. They are holding up very nice to the day-to-day use.

My son bought me a set of this dishes for Christmas and we all loved it so I ordered a second set. Unfortunately send set came with one broken cup and 1 chipped plate, so hopefully they can help me replace those two items. But so far I love it, sizes are perfect.

Beautiful dishes

Coloring was beautiful, as pictured. Packaged very well, and delivered with no breakage or damage. We have just started to use the dishes, but so far they are sturdy and seem to hold up well.

Our set came quickly. We love the style and durability. They so lightweight compared to the last set we had. We had a couple chips. One on a cup and saucer.

Very nice set! Poor customer service

We really like the color and style of this set. They look to be very durable and long lasting. Update.. One side plate chipped after less than a month of use. I'm not sure how but probably manufacturers defect as it came out of the dishwasher with the chip. I signed up for the extended warranty and emailed the company twice 3 weeks ago and have had no response.

Nope

These aren't worth the price paid. You're better off buying a set from ikea. The product doesn't necessarily feel cheap, they just look mediocre.

They are great for children also, very durable.
