Excellent customer service

The package arrived with one broken glass. I contacted the company by email and had a response the next day stating they would replace with a new one. I would not hesitate to buy from this company because they will send you a replacement within a couple days. These days, customer service means everything to me. Besides that, the glasses are beautiful. The red is wide and deep for bold wines and the white is a good size for those hot summer nights.

Ugly box, not great for gift giving.

This was purchased from a gift registry. I was surprised that it was packaged in a basic brown cardboard box. Had I known this, I may have selected something else from the bride's registry. It didn't present well at the shower. The product itself was as expected.

Arrived in perfect condition

I half expected to receive a couple of broken glasses -based on reviews. But all 12 came in perfect shape and they are excellent sizes for both red and white. The box was extremely sturdy, but not pretty. Not sure I’d “gift” these for that reason- but if you want really nice glasses at a great price- these are it.

Broken glasses

These glasses weren’t cheap, almost all of them were broken when I got them. Refunds and returns are a huge hassle, if they had been packed properly they would have been fine I think. But they were just packed in cardboard boxes with cardboard dividers. Sigh…

Good Product

These are much larger than I had thought they would be. They are more like glasses used in reputable restaurants than in homes. For the price, they can't be beat.
