"Happy New Year" Streamers

Growing up on New Year's morning we would take these over to the tree and shout "Happy New Year" while tossing them up and over to decorate the Christmas tree for New Years. It's required to shout for each throw. I have absolutely no idea what others do with them but it was a thing growing up for my family. I have since continued the tradition although this year decided to wait until the last minute to get the streamers. Luckily I could spend a ridiculous amount to have pieces of paper delivered to my door and keep my daughter happy. Oh and the cat... These are clearly made for every cat who hasn't already tried to taste the tree this year because trees with streamers definitely taste better. I will admit to liking these over the nastalgic red, green, yellow and blue ones but they have exactly the same effect and are only slightly less silly looking. If you're looking for overpriced confetti these are it. Be aware that you only get one tube and they're still difficult to separate apart. These suckers are hard to find though so for $3 and change it's worth the money on a novel tradition.
