Best investment ever

Bought this high chair about 7 years ago when we first became foster parents, and I still recommend it to everyone. We’ve had about 20 kids of all different ages from infant to toddlers, who have sat in this chair. Never once had any issues. Our youngest daughter is 3 and a half (under 40 lbs) and she still sits in it sometimes. Love how easy it is to clean too!

well worth the price

I looked for many features before purchasing a high chair for my 9 month old grandson. Some hilights of this chair: 10 pieces, easy to assemble; two different size trays, the liner on the larger tray is removable and removing the large tray is a one-handed operation; it folds fairly flat (can save more space by removing the small tray); adjustable foot rest; adjustable height; wheels for easy moving w/out scratching floors; adjustable back; seat liner easy to remove/machine washable; and removing the small tray enables the chair to be pulled right up to the table (hence the name, TableFit). And it's made in the U.S.A.! Go Graco!

after a year of use, here’s what i think ...

i don’t hate this high chair so don’t read that into the amount of stars i gave. what i do like about it is that it can be pushed up to the table nicely so that baby is a part of each meal like everyone else. i love the snack tray. i think every highchair should have one of these. it’s perfect when baby is younger & just hanging out in the kitchen while i cook. i can put a little snack or even an entertaining toy on there to occupy her while i’m getting things done. so now let me tell you what i don’t like about this high chair. it is not easy to clean. yes, it does have that slick material that will “wipe” clean, but the head piece is not that way & is not easy to wipe clean. the biggest oversight in the design of the cover is that it does not come off. so if i ever want to soak the straps or clean the head piece in my washing machine, i can’t do that. another thing that is just circumstantial but still worth mentioning is that this high chair takes up a silly amount of space. this might not be a problem for most, but we live in a small home with a small eat in kitchen & we (& our guests) are constantly tripping over the legs of this chair. there are good & bad things about this chair but the big questions are: 1. would i buy this again? my answer is probably a no. i may even look into something different for baby #2. 2. would i recommend this highchair to a friend? most likely a no. if i did, i would do so with caution letting them know how frustrating it is to clean. hope this helps your decision! :) EDIT: this mom is a dummy and realized a few months after this review that the straps DO come off. changing from 3 stars to 5 lol

Me sorprendió

Cuando me llego la primera impresión que tuve es que era muy grande, el asiento grande y hacia ver a mi bebé pequeñito. Se me hacia qué necesitaba mucho espacio y como que me arrepentí, pero! Conforme la fui utilizando pude ver sus beneficios, es muy fácil de limpiar, quitas la charola y la pones super rápido, el asiento es tipo "piel" pero es una maravilla, todo lo que le cae con un trapito se lo quito sin necesidad de estar lavando la funda a cada rato, lo limpio y queda listo, a parte qué tengo una aspiradora (una perrita) qué todo lo solido lo que le cae al asiento lo tiro al suelo y ella lo limpia. El color tampoco me agradaba pero la verdad que es super práctico para las manchas, sobre todo para esos alimentos que pintan como los arándanos, moras, etc... Si el bebé pide biberón el asiento se puede inclinar hacia atrás y puedes dejar ahí a tu bebe sin problema mientras limpias la cocina (claro con el cinturón de seguridad) Y por último otras mamis me han chuleado la silla, me comentan que han batallado sobre todo con la limpieza y le gusta lo práctico qué es limpiar esta silla. Si la recomiendo!

Es una silla básica

Por el precio me parece que cumple su función. Todo es plástico así que se lava muy fácil lo cual es una ventaja con BLW. La bandeja se quita y puedes poner la silla en la mesa; también se ajusta la altura por si tu mesa es más bajita o más alta. Tiene tres bandejas: la de snacks (la chiquita), la grande sin divisiones y una más pequeña atoras encima que tiene una división; esta última me resulta muy útil para BLW porque me ahorro usar platos. La silla se pliega para guardar peeeeero es suuuuuper fácil que se caiga, no se detiene sola una vez plegada, creo que eso se plegarla es por si quieres guardarla ya se fijo o viajar con ella, pero si lo que quieres es poder quitarla de tu mesa y que no estorbe, entonces no la compres. Ocupa mucho espacio (como cualquier silla de bebé), pero tenerla plegada y guardada hasta la siguiente comida no es una opción. Las ventajas es que ambos colores son unisex, es fácil de lavar, se adapta a casi cualquier mesa y puede usarse sin la bandeja.

se puede limpiar fácilmente y puedes quitarle la parte de tela para lavarla, en lavadora aguantó muy bien. Para limpiarla es súper fácil y también para armar y remover las piezas. Es una silla con bandeja muy amplia, le caben super bien los platos que son grandes que tienen la parte de succión (no recuerdo bien el nombre), tiene rueditas así que yo la muevo de un lado a otro muy fácilmente como si fuera carrito y puedes ajustar la posición y el descansapies para tener una postura totalmente de 90 grados como debe ser.

Pésima postura para el bebé

Conseguí esta silla barata, pero me arrepiento de haberla comprado, mejor hubiera invertido más dinero en una silla que proporcionara una buena postura para el bebé, eso es lo malo de esta silla, aunque la coloques en la posicion menos inclinada, nunca obtienes una posición totalmente derecha, y mi bebé termina comiendo como borracho mal sentado ???? a cada rato tengo que estar acomodándolo

Tiene algunas áreas de oportunidad

En general nos gusto es fácil de limpiar y de plegar desplegar. La división que tiene en la charola no permite que quepan ninguno de los platos de diferentes modelos con divisiones que tenemos. Las ruedas NO TIENEN FRENO!!! Mi bebé descubrió que si se balancea con fuerza para adelante ya trás puede avanzar… así que es un gran problema ya que no lo podemos dejar sólo en la silla o va paseando por toda la casa… además de que siento que se lastima con el balanceo, es peligroso que se pueda desplazar
