Comfortable

This seat riser fits better than I expected. It fits good over the toilet and is comfortable to sit on. It has stabilizers on the sides to keep it from sliding sideways. It slides a little forward if you're not careful. I may put some velcro tape on the back if this is a problem. As for now, it's not a problem. I bought this item because I'm having knee surgery and having a raised toilet seat will be more comfortable getting up and down. I would recommend this product if you have difficulty because of knee problems.

Good price!

This seat looks exactly as the picture on here shows. Some reviewers said it slides around. I was leary of buying because of that. I took a chance and ordered it, since it was the only affordable 3" seat I could find on Amazon. It IS about 1" wider than my toilet, and I can slide it sideways with my hand, BUT, while sitting on it there is NO sliding, so I'm satisfied. I can't figure out where to apply double sided tape, as one reviewer did, since it does not have a rim that goes down inside flush with the toilet bowl. Oh well, I've tried it and it did not slide while sitting on it. It is the third toilet seat I've purchased in the last two weeks. FYI...these portable type toilet seats are NOT returnable.

The open front is a problem

Did exactly what it was intended for, providing an elevated seat for the toilet. However that open front can be a problem for males. The raised seat lifts your...dangly bits... up above the level of the toilet itself, and the open front does nothing to stop wayward urine streams.

Just What I Needed

When you are older, or just have a bad back at any age, a low set toilet can be hard to sit and rise from. This simple item helps a lot. It's little things like this that makes your day to day go easier on your back and knees. I'm glad that I bought it.

Too Small Yet Effective

I received my toilet riser yesterday. The toilet riser was too small for my toilet bowl. It slides around. I rolled up two white hand towels and put between the back of riser and toilet tank. It is now snugged and doesn't slide when using it. The riser is slightly uncomfortable for my thighs but I can bear it for a moment. Nice, sleek and clean looking.

Does the job

I was looking for a beriatric seat for limit up to 600 lbs this popped up ,definitely not what I was looking for but a great product for smaller weight limit, sturdy good fit.

It did the job

I was having a total hip replacement and needed an elevated toilet seat. Worked to perfection. and easy to get up from. It does not have side handles. I didn't need side handles because the toilet is right next to the sink and shower.

Does not fit all toilets as advertised

Our toilet is elongated and even though the ad said it would fit, it doesn't. It's very loose and only rests in the bowl with no clamps to hold it down. if it actually fit the bowl it would be a non-issue, but it doesn't so it moves around a lot. For someone with very poor mobility, it may be dangerous to use. Maybe it fits snuggly on a standard bowl? Don't have one to actually try it out on.

Fits all sizes

Bought this for my son after a fall after purchasing a much more expensive one at the local pharmacy that did not fit my son or the toilet. This works great, can fit larger males and also most toilets. Also economical!

Cheap comfort for toilet.

Very easy to set up, but not very secure. It sits loosly on the toilet bowl and can slide around a bit as you shift weight. Very cheap plastic. Good height and comfortable on the behind. Generally goid value for the low price.

Does not secure to toilet but sits on top of bowl. A little sketchy for a senior but we bought it as a backup for a trip we were taking rather than permanent fixture at home. All said it does what it was designed to do - elevated the seating level so she could get up more easily

Price was right and works perfectly for my needs.

The price was right and being that I just had Hip Surgery in May 2022 , I needed a raised toilet seat for when I came home. It was delivered on time and was there when I came home . It fits perfectly and I have NO ISSUES with it .
