I love these shoes; I ordered several colors. I am an 8 or 8.5 in an open toe; the 8.5 fits perfectly. Yes, they are platforms, but I don't think too clunky. I love the platform look, but don't want to feel like I'm wearing a box, and with these shoes I don't. Very comfortable; feels like a flat shoe and not a wedge, which I love; good support to sole of foot. Stay on my feet. Straps not too tight or too loose. I love them.

Color is great
I wear allot of platforms this one is a bit clunky it's not the easiest to walk in . Color is great but the straps are a bit strange. I bought a 7 to be sure. I usually wear 6.5 and my foot is in it exact and the straps at the front a bit narrow.

Nice but heavy!
They are really nice and well made, the only problem that I find is that they are a bit heavy.

Bulky and very 90’s retro but not comfortable or great quality. Way overpriced. Go to Ross or Famous Footwear to find a better pair of flip flops that are cuter.

Fun, "Clunky" Sandals - Made in China
These sandals are very “chunky” / “clunky” as one would expect. They are 2.25” high in the back and 1.25” in the front. The footbed is about a quarter inch “inside” the sandal. There is nice padding inside and very good arch support. The bottom is non-skid. They actually stay on without a problem for me. Not as heavy as I was expecting. These sandals are Made in China.

Dressier version of the same classic summer platform I’ve been wearing since the 90s. The color bleeds.
I’ve been wearing some variation of this same crisscross platform slide on and off since they became ubiquitous in the early 90s. This one is a little fancier than the plain black leather/rubber staple, with a navy blue suede. They’re a bit nicer and require a bit more attention to keep nice, but they’re comfortable enough for even problem feet to wear for several hours (though my old, problem feet can’t take them all day). If your feet are remotely damp when you put them on, your feel will end up blue. Ditto if you get caught in the rain or splashed, so avoid light colors in clthing or furniture in that case.
