Runs large for a 6
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the dress but it was too large especially around the bust area. I'm average size and thought a 6 would be fine, as it usually is. But I love the dress so much I am paying for an alteration.

Lovely dress, but didn't work for me
I love everything about this dress, except for the fact that it doesn't want to zip over the middle of my back. :) However, I'm pretty busty so it's not a surprise. Just don't expect a lot of give in the dress if you're in the same boat. Otherwise, go for it. It would be a great choice if you're attending a summer outdoor wedding, which is where I was hoping to wear it!

Reasonable quality for the price
Good backup, informal dinner dress. Size runs a little large, I think. I am 5'4'' 105LB with little excess fat on my abs, and Size 2 is about right but somewhat lose around my waist. The quality is reasonable for the price. Overall I think this is a good buy.

If on the borderline between an 8 and a 10, better to get a size 10.
Usually wear a size 8, but sometimes an 8 is tight, so I went with a size 10 in this dress (because it has a zipper in back and doesn't stretch) and it fit perfectly! Nice color (Magenta/Aubergine), good quality, flattering fit. I'm happy with my purchase.

wanted to love this dress
I so wanted to love this dress. The lacey floral overlay is delicate and beautiful - silver, white, and black. It's a great length, and the size 4 fit me well. However, the lining and the lace overlay are each assembled from multiple pieces (they're not sewn out of whole fabric pieces). Both the lining and overlay skirt portions of the dress are attached to the upper portions of the dress in a haphazard zigzag pattern. That results in obvious, uneven lines going across the stomach and back of the dress, making you look lumpy. If it were necessary to make the dress this way (and I am certainly not convinced that it is), at least the seam should be as unobstrusive as possible - or at the very least *even.* But it is not. I'm crushed because it could have been such a beautiful dress. Unfortunately, the eye is drawn to the weirdness of the fit instead of the loveliness of the material.

I didn't like it for my taste. I found the baby pink a little to vibrant, I think it looks a little lighter in the picture. Also didn't really like the print in person. It is a nice dress, just not for me. I returned it
