Solid, pretty, cheap and kinda noisy

Pros- We were hesitant to buy this, because it might not have come with all the hardware, but it did. You’ll need your own hoses to the wall though, but easy to get at Home Depot. It arrived a day early. I saw a nearly exact replica on Lowes website and this was at least 30 dollars cheaper. It is very attractive and looks wonderful in my country/colonial style (ie. wainscoting on the walls) bathroom. The faucet seems sturdy and rotates, which is a plus for cleaning and filling things. The handles have that olden Victorian sort of charm which are lovely. Cons It's loud. The aerator, at least in the one I received, is noticeably louder than any other faucet in the house. It's kinda a high pitch whine and slightly annoying. Overall, feels solid, great price, looks wonderful, but kinda noisy.

Above Average Looks But Average Quality

The faucet was easy to install. The drain however doesn't work for me but it is not the fault of this product. My sink's drain hole is just imperfect and plumber putty doesn't work with the faucet's drain gaskets. The faucet looks good. Installed fine. It doesn't come with hoses so that is important to know. The knobs are weird. They look fine but I have to turn the cold clockwise to turn on the water while the hot water knob needs to be turned counterclockwise to turn on the water. It is stranges they turn opposite ways to turn on the water.

Not worth the money.

My home is 120 years old. I wanted to buy a faucet for my bathroom that fit the era of my house. I struck out at all of the home improvement stores and ended up searching the internet. Came across this one and bought it. Even though it had mixed reviews. It is NOT easy to install. I am very handy and I have replaced many plumbing fixtures throughout my life. I struggled with this faucet. The handles are cheap plastic. The buttons on top of the handles that indicate hot and cold fall out easily and fell apart. I spent 2 days trying to glue them back together. The stem that pulls out of the back of the faucet to stop the drain is ridiculous. It hits a piece on the back of the faucet so you have to turn the faucet to the side if you want to pull the drain shut. Can’t even do that anyway because it has a slight angle near the top end which causes it to hit the wall where the sink is mounted. And, the water pressure is terrible. I replaced the intake hoses that lead from the wall to the faucet and that made zero difference. It’s also very loud. It makes a high pitched noise when you run the water. So, other than the fact that it is aesthetically pleasing, I would say that it’s not worth purchasing. I would return mine except for the fact that I installed it onto a podium sink and that was a 2 day job removing and re-installing. So, I’m stuck with it.

Looks nicer than it is.....

It appears I may have received a return from a dissatisfied customer. The internal packaging was damaged, so the faucet was not secure during shipping. It was missing a piece that I was told by the company was on back order and would take 6+ weeks. At stores the piece is sold as part of a set, not individually, so for the single piece I had to spend an additional $17 so it could be installed. Later that week my piece arrived. One of the porcelain handles is not secure, so it spins. You have to push down and turn to get it to turn the water on. In hindsight I should have returned it when I saw the state of the packaging. Much more trouble than it was worth.

you will be amazed at the water difference

I installed 2 of these for my wife yesterday and she loves them. A few notes on the installation. The silicone goes under the drain pipe that fits in the bottom of the sink. The drain stopper, stem extension ( the plastic piece with the screw) put the holding clamp for the drain plug stem, just 1 side, then slide the drain stem through the hole in the extension piece, then slide the other end of the holding clamp on the drain plug stem to keep it from sliding back and forth on the drain stem. If you want more water, remove the aerator from the faucet, remove the round rubber seal, and remove the white plastic water control piece, put the round rubber seal back in the aerator, and put it back on the faucet, you will be amazed at the water difference. It might take some of the noise away also, but it will not conserve water.

Good build quality but needs more water flow rate optiions for aerator

Installation was easy. No leaks at all. Very good build quality and attractive looks. However, the only suggestion is that the plastic base plate could have been made better and stronger. Currently, this model comes only with the installed (and removable) aerator option of 1.8 GPM flow rate. It would be even better if it comes with more aerator options (preferably 1.5 GPM and 1.0 GPM flow rate) to reduce the water usage even further. Only time will tell how long the cartridges will last. But, so far so good and hopefully will last a long time.

Beautiful set at a great price. Still gorgeous 2 years in!

We installed this faucet, which by the way was very easy to do, and it looks fabulous. We paired it with the matching 3 tap version for the tub/shower combo and I love them . Exactly the look and style I wanted and so far they seem very good quality. UPDATE We are 2 years in and this still looks incredible. Chrome shines up beautifully, no sign of pithing or scratching, absolutely gorgeous! Installed in the main, high use bathroom and still looks like new. We are now planning a kitchen, laundry room and powder room renovation and will be ordering Kingston Brass faucets for all three!
