Poppers! what a great faucet!

Love the faucet. As other buyers noted though, the caps covering the handle screws won't stay on. The caps are s'pos to be held in place with the friction of an o-ring. Problem is, that when the cap is pushed in, the air pressure behind the cap increases and keeps trying to normalize itself by pushing the cap back off. I left them off until I can drill a small hole through the back of the faucet. Hope a Kingston Brass tech is reading this. It may not be so very hard to manufacture the handles with a vent hole at the back.

This faucet for my clawfoot tub arrived on time and in good condition, put together easily and looks beautiful on my tub. The only drawback to this product was that the cold and hot pieces easily came off, one immediately and the other after a month of light use. I had to glue them back on with silicone and a clamp until it dried.

Button falls off!

I had the same issue as stated above. The white button that says cold and hot fell off after 1 month. Unfortunately for me mine went down the drain and I am still researching how to get this without having to buy a new faucet again. Great product but keep some super glue handy!
