Stop scrolling, read my review and just buy it.

I typically don't write reviews, but this is share worthy. I have installed a lot of ceiling fans over the years. Installation is usually pretty straight forward but then you have to balance them. No one has every said 'yea, I get to balance a fan". I recently bought 2 of these. Installation wasn't bad. It does not come with mounting screws to mount to the ceiling box. The instructions say to use the screws that came with the box, so I did. If you have big fingers, the fan blade mounting is going to be a little rough. Moment of truth after installing the first fan, how out of balance is it? It wasn't. I was shocked and felt lucky. Time to install the 2nd fan. Installation again went well but I knew I wasn't going to get that lucky twice. Power on, pulled the chain, no wobble at all. I don't know that I will ever buy a big box, name brand ceiling fan again. Oh, it looks great and moves air too.

Poor Air Movement, Average Quality, and Somewhat of a Pain to Assemble

Pass on this fan. Air movement is low and quality is average. This is a NO BEER project, not as in it's super easy, but more in the it's a pain to get the blades on the fan and drinking with make it even more difficult. Otherwise the install is about average. The actual air movement of this fan is very low. I've recently installed 5 other fans in the house and this one is by far the lowest air movement. The fan works and I wanted to like it because it has two actual lightbulbs and installed it in a room that needed lots of light (and the lighting is all good), but even on the highest speed, it moves slower than any of the fans I recently installed and all the other ones I've ever installed. A small basic table top oscillating will move much more air, be less expensive, and much easier to just plug into the wall.

Very Good Fan if You Don't Need a Lot of Light

If this fan could take higher wattage bulbs, I would have given it 4 or even 5 stars. Admittedly, this replaced another fan that had a 19 watt (100w equiv). 5000k, downward facing bulb which put out a lot of light. But, even though I got used that brightness, I feel the lighting this fan offers is below par. No, it's not dim. Yes, I can easily read by its light. Still, for having 2 allegedly 60w equivalent bulbs, it does not provide the brightness one would expect, and I used 5000k bulbs, rather than the 3500k ones included. I have to wonder why a fan with standard bulb sockets and wiring has an 8.5w max limit per fixture. Aside from the lighting issue, I really like this fan. It is virtually silent even on the fastest speed and I've seen no wobble at all. Admittedly, the highest speed is not exactly awe-inspiring. That said, it moves a lot of air. And it is quite stylish. Bottom line: Lighting is okay, air movement is great, styling is nice.

Pretty good fan

Fan has been up for a day or two and so far so good. Balance is good and there is no noise. I’ve installed maybe 10 ceiling fans and this was about average for difficulty. Took maybe 45 mins if you include taking the old one off. The light is actually super bright, as opposed to what others have mentioned. The bulbs included with ours were 800 lumens each and we actually will switch them out for some milder. The other fans we put in our house are Hunters and this one holds up fine in comparison for what matters if you’re looking for something cheaper.

Nice beachy style

Love the look of the fan. I wanted something to fit a beachy theme. I really like the design of the light. The blades weren't the color I was going for so I added my own white wash but that was easy enough. I would give 5 stars but the motor makes an oscillating noise instead of being silent. Not something you expect on a brand new fan.

Good fan, very quiet

This is a very good fan that really cools the room. It’s very quiet. At first it made a humming noise because I installed it on a dimmer switch. Once I changed the switch it was very quiet. It does have a lot of parts that need to be put together so it’s a little time consuming, but all in all it’s a very good ceiling fan.

So Happy With This Purchase

I was very skeptical about buying this ceiling fan as there weren't too many reviews, I hadn't heard of the brand, and couldn't actually see it in person. However, I am so happy I bought it. It was a very reasonably priced fan. My husband had no problem installing by himself and it only took about an hour. The fan looks so nice and was a huge upgrade from our old yellow brass one. It is VERY quiet. You don't even hear it going when it's at full speed. I would highly recommend.

NICE FAN, SLEEK LOOK

I got this for my son's room (which is the room over the garage and always seems to be hot.) On high, this fan has a lot of power. it definitely cooled the room down quickly. It is very quiet; you don't hear it at all. There is no wobbling, and the chains remain perfectly still while on the highest setting. Great ceiling fan!

Fan runs very quiet, packed well, good quality, Instructions easy to follow.

Fan is great. Everything went smoothly until I had to attach the blades. Easier said then done!! With the current heat wave in B.C. after removing all the 10 motor screws from the underside of the motor assembly as instructed, all the 5 pads where the screws were became unattached. I tried attaching the fan blades but standing on a ladder, holding the blade in one hand and a screwdriver with screw on top in the other it was impossible to get the pad aligned with the holes. I had to use contact cement to reaffix the pads. Then it went easier.
