You have to cut it to use a plunger

Firstly, I'm immensely disappointed by the discontinuation of the center rest flipper. This is not a proper replacement for it, as you can't even use a plunger with it unless you cut material off like I did. I had to glue it to my bow because it didn't have enough adhesive area after cutting for the plunger Hole.

Damn good

I originally got this rest because I was new to archery and didn't know any of the other kinds so some forum people directed me to it. Even if I did have more knowledge the other rests would have been out of my price range. Regardless, this is an amazing rest that should be priced well above what it's listed for now. Even after months of usage I still haven't taken it off and it's saved a lot of fletchings from being ripped off by the rest that came with my bow. The awesome thing about this is that the arm that hold the arrow flips forward and out of the way when shot so it won't damage anything, unlike a stationary one. The teflon sleeve around the arm is also really slick and allows for an even smoother shot. After hundreds and hundreds of shots it's still not worn enough to be replaced and it does come with several replacements. This rest is also a stick-on one meaning there is an adhesive tape on the back for attachment to the bow. It comes with an extra of that too so when I do decide to replace it I won't have to throw it away since I can reattach it later. By the way, the mounting is still rock solid, the tape hasn't moved a bit.

D3c3nt with a minor design flaw

I love the Teflon coated flipper wire that also can be bent to better retain the arrow on the rest. Not so hot on the design that covers the plunger hole had to use a xacto to shave a bi t of the plastic to uncover the hole. Docked a star but still a good value for the additional tape and 2 xtra Teflon wire wraps. Muuucchh better than shooting off the ledge or a thick unwieldy hunters rest.

Amazing while it lasted

I got about 400 arrows from this rest. Its really nice while it lasted. Unfortunately it broke and I'll need to go elsewhere

Functional, durable, value

I have put 500 arrows across the FlipperRest II and it has taken a few knocks in the field - still working well with no damage to flights. I cut up the old leather pad to make a cushion (no plunger installed) and that has worked. The Flipper replaced a bear rug and the improvement in grouping was immediately noticeable. Update: The FlipperRest II failed after 1,830 arrows. The metal arm failed at the bend. I replaced it with another FlipperRest II.

works, but missing felt pads

Works smoothly, installs quickly. Instructions say that felt pads are provided but they aren't. The pad is necessary to keep the bottom vane from getting caught between the end of the Teflon sleeve and the plastic mount. They can be found at most hardware stores and office supply stores, for putting on the bottoms of desktop items but really should be in the package.

Works beautiful on my Oneida Eagle bow .

Excellent to shoot instinctive , finger release , with no sights . Sturdy and durable . Strong adhesive , already shot over 100 arrows and still strongly attached to riser . Will buy again.

Works good. Used tape to keep it on but im sure the sticky back would hold just not forever.

Great

I bent mine slightly and had to cut it to fit on my bow, but otherwise great. The adhesive backing is weak, but considering my riser is aluminum, I used super glue.
