Search for this for two years because I had no idea that it's called. My persistence paid off and it's a perfect match for mom's mobile home. She is very happy and that's all it matters :)

Fit perfectly no need to drill holes

I was amazed these latches were a direct fit for aluminum windows that were about 20 years old. No drilling or tapping needed. I tried to find these locally at the name brand hardware and big box stores with no luck. Although they seem a fragile design, I think they are as good as the original latches. If they are used daily to lock and unlock windows with out care I am not sure how long they will last.

Unavailable locally, so went to my "go to" supplier, Amazon.com. Had the latch and the window secured in 3 days. Good quality hardware that worked perfectly on an old window.

Cheap Material

Made of very break prone material and definitely won’t last long.
