It works.... Period.
I recently picked up the Bell Air High Volume Bicycle Pump for my fat e-bike tires, and I couldn't be happier with it! The pump is well built, easy to use, and inflates my tires in no time. Highly recommend!

My solution to Tubeless installation
This pump was able to deliver enough volume of air to enable me to seat my 40mm tubeless xc tires. It's not easy as you have to give it some vigorous pumps but it does get the job done. I'd say it's a great budget solution for a tool I'll only use a few times per year for this function.

Great pump
I had a plug in pump but it was so slow and noisy I quit using it. I tired a bicycle pump, but the real pump was the exercise you got using it along with lots of heavy breathing. This one is great. Sure, you have to do a little work; but it pushes a lot of air into your tires with each pumping action, so it's not very hard and it is quick.

High volume means high effort, period
You might think that you could inflate, say, a car tire with this pump. And maybe someone who lifts weights and is ripped can do so. The issue is the high volume feature itself: the pump's piston is large in order to push a large volume of air, therefore you are working against perhaps 2X or more the inflation pressure you're trying to achieve. Many high pressure bicycle pumps have a piston that is less than 1 square inch of surface area and they can be quite comfortable to get a 110 PSI bike tire up to pressure. This pump is murder to attempt to pump a 35 PSI car tire - easily it felt like I needed to exert 70 lbs plus of actual pressure in order to get each stroke in. BELIEVE THE LISTING when it suggests intended uses to be air mattresses, beach balls, and other low pressure toys and gear. Live and learn!

Max 90psi
The pump maxes out at 90 psi, not 100 as suggested on the description.

Excellent
Nice, sturdy and powerful pump.

Enough capacity to use on car tires.
A good, heavy duty pump with a large, easy-to-read gauge.

Adequate for casual use, not recommended for high pressure Presta valve applications
I picked one off Amazon Warehouse that was in "like new" condition for 15$ and tax, so I can't really complain about the price. I'd describe this pump as being "adequate." Like if it was a student taking a general intro class that all students have to take, it'd be in solid C/C+ range. Why the "+?" Well, it does one thing really well. I think because of the design and the barrel size/shape, you get a lot of bang for the buck; maybe 5-10 psi per downward pump. Then, the usefulness really tapers off and as you get into the higher end of the useful range, it becomes increasingly more difficult to use. Kind of like how an average student might show promise in the first few weeks of class, then around the final 1/3 of the course, really fizzles out. I'll give some examples: 1) On my motorcycles which take a "normal" Schrader valve, the recommended tire pressure ranges between, say, 28 and 34. In such a low range, within about 2 - 3 pumps, I was in the recommended range, but because of how the gauge on the pump exceeds the actual air pressure at first (kind of like when you first step on a scale, your initial downward force is over reported because of the physical motion of stepping), I had to slowly through trial and error tinker with how best to get the right amount of air in the tires by releasing the pump head valve, then re-engaging it until I was in the right range. To be fair, if the actual pressure is 26 vs 28 vs 30, it's not so incredibly critical. 2) I have a cyclocross bike that currently runs a 700x28 Armadillo Elite. I bought this pump in part because the upper range is advertised to be 100 pounds and a combination of the stiff frame I have and where I typically ride makes me usually keep my tire pressure in this application between 60 and 80 pounds. Some of you road bike snobs or Freds can't comprehend this type of witch craft...but it actually works. From completely deflated, each pump for the Presta valve tubes that go inside my tires was a 1 to 10 pounds ratio at first. 5 pumps got me to 50 pounds, 6 to 60. And then when I got to the 7th pump, it got very difficult, and finally it tapped out at around 70 pounds. Compare this to any floor pump at a cycling shop that can easily go to 105-110 without any real issues, and you see kind of where this particular pump falls short. So, in a nutshell. - If you can get one in "Like New" condition for 15 bucks do it. For the price, it's really not bad. - If you just need this for casual use like pumping up your kids' bmx bike tires, checking your car or motorcycle tire pressure once in awhile and having a little patience to find the sweet spot of how much to pump vs. how much air is actually going into your tire vs. what the gauge on the pump is actually saying, not a bad deal either. - If you need this for high pressure Presta applications, that's a solid "no, don't do it" from me. If it's anything like my experience, you'll probably tap out around 70 or 75 pounds, get frustrated, and then wonder out loud to no one in particular why a $15 pump doesn't work the same way as say, an $80 dollar pump.

Very difficult to operate
You have to be very strong to get over 50 lbs. into hybrid tires. Useless for road bike tires. Valve head closure is difficult to grip and extremely hard to close. From the positive reviews on this pump and other Bell pump models, I can only assume poor quality control. It seems some work, some don't. Why roll the dice? Vote buy purchasing from another manufacturer.

junk
this pump is very poorly made. the collar on the top has already broke loose. Pump does not fill my bike tire past 30PSI. I strongly recommend no one buy this product. you can find better for the same price. If i could give zero stars i would

Good dual Schrader/Presta pump head, pumps bike and car tires quick 650 model
Good dual Schrader/Presta pump head, pumps bike and car tires quick. I purchased the 650 model for the Prime sale price of $13, what a steal. Quick to pump up mountain bike TIRES (40-50 PSI), the gauge is fairly accurate, showing about 3psi less than my digital gauge, so one of those two are off by a bit. Has issues with pumping slicks going post 60psi, became very hard, especially going above 70 PSI. So would recommend something better for high pressure. Pumps up my car tires twice as fast as my regular car tire pump. Would buy again for lower pressure, when on sale, cause who doesnt like a sale. Updated comments 2021-04-28

I thought I found my pump is it.....but it stopped working after a few use
I was super happy with this pump as it worked wonderfully well. However, I might have used it under 10 times, and the pump has stopped working. The handle doesn't go down. Seems like a check valve issue. Don't know how to repair it though without proper instructions. I searched for a troubleshooting guide on the internet but no luck.

Stopped working after 3 months
This worked ok for the first three months. Although rated for up to 100 psi, it never was able to get past 70 psi. Which was ok, for most of the bikes I work with need only 40 - 70. I was willing to live with that. However, after three months this thing stopped working. The pressure gauge works. Although the pump handle provides back pressure, no air comes through the hose. Due to Amazon's less than generous 30-day return policy on defective items, I'm stuck with what amounts to a very cumbersome pressure gauge.
