Cute little goal for beginner street hockey

My daughter wanted "outside toys" for her son. The family is into hockey so I got him the street hockey beginner's set and the goal. He was excited! Vendor was great, received items quickly.

This is not a standard Franklin (half toy half sports product) this works well and is better than some hockey brands versions.

Great practice small goal

This is a great little goal I use this little one in my house cuz I have wooden floors to practice sliding shots from far away distance so really good it's metal sturdy the only thing I would change is if you hit the goal it moves you could screw it in but I think it should have more weight to the back so it won't move so much

Small size makes for fast-paced games

I thought these would be too small for playing street hockey and I’d have to replace them later on with normal-sized goals but I liked the price of these so I bought them and I’m glad I did. The small goal size makes playing more fun because we don’t need a dedicated goalie to always be camped out protecting the goal.

Cheap enough I am not really mad, but not as satisfying as I hoped. Plus: Its good for passing drills metal frame strong build You can set it up on end to practice lifting the puck... Minus: Its really really really small! Its very light so it moves if anything touches it, basically you get one pass off then you have to reset the goal. You can set it up on end to practice lifting the puck... but it will topple over every time you hit it. Final thoughts: Its really stinking cheap, like 12$ at the time I bought it, so maybe if I got two or three of them to build drills with I would be more satisfied... as of now, it fulfills a very small niche for practicing. but its cheap so I cant complain too much.

Inexpensive but kinda flimsy

Wanted to get small nets this size to help passing practice for the kids from the local ice hockey team. I've used nets similar to those before, but they were made of heavier steel, similar to the frame of full size nets we use for ice hockey games. Those are made of aluminum similar to the street hockey nets you can buy cheap. Result is: they tend to move the minute a puck hits them, even at medium velocity. They do come with a clip that has a pin that you can stick in the ice, but the result is the net will basically still move by pivoting around where you've set the pin. I ended up rigging something with bricks to help them stay in place, so I can still use them, but I would say they are better suited for ball hockey (the ball is lighter than a puck and the net sits on asphalt so has less tendency to move. You get what you pay for they say!
