Never received the product!!!!

I ordered a silver matt comb, and the first time they delivered me a gold one although I specified in my order I wanted silver. Then I returned the golden comb in exchange for a silver one, only to receive another golden one! Then I returned the golden matt comb the SECOND time for a silver one, and the silver one never even arrived. How do I get my money back??

these looked right but fell out of my very thick hair pretty easily. They are plastic, so why did I expect more?

Product is great but I wanted silver

The combs are great but I mistakenly ordered gold instead of silver...my bad. I guess I need to try again. I'll keep the gold ones...just like my friends and will now order the silver ones because they are of nice quality.

Ich hatte geglaubt, dass dieser Kamm goldfarben ist, war er leider nicht. Für den Preis kann man das möglicherweise nicht erwarten. Der Kamm erfüllt aber seinen Zweck und hält gut im Haar. Die Lieferung war schnell und pünktlich.
