Comfortable but SMALL

These shoes are more comfortable than the ones given to me by the Dr. I'd ordered them them because of the single wide strap across the top. The SIZE chart is NOT ACCURATE. It said the medium would fit a woman's shoe size up to eight. I am a size seven, my toes are right at the edge. Since I'm wearing this because of a broken toe I don't feel very safe. I may try to order a large, but it may be too wide. I wanted to alert someone so they did not go through the trouble of ordering a small if they wear a seven to an eight. It also makes a clicking NOISE when I walk. I can't find the source so that I can try to fix it.

The surgery wing gave me a woman’s large when I’m normally a size 7. So got a woman’s medium bc my feet are wide

Sprained my toe. Used the boot and it helped it to heal correctly. Did not have to go to the doctor.

I’m updating my review and changing from 1 to 3 stars because an Amazon representative made it right. I was sent the wrong size and it was also an offbrand, no name shoe and the Amazon agent upgraded my shipping speed and assured me that I would get the correct, brand name shoe and I did today! I literally got one of each size knowing that the medium was probably the correct one so I’m so glad it worked out. It’s still not even the one that they show in the picture but it matches my other shoe perfectly so that works just fine. I would recommend that the seller put some kind of size chart (which you can find in a Google search) but also I’m wondering if they’re even aware that an offbrand shoe is being sent. I might have been OK with that except that I was trying to match it to my other shoe. (The last photo shows the correct shoe was finally sent). Original review: I’m having hardware removed from my feet after bunion surgery last summer and I already had one Darco flat shoe so I just needed to get a match. I was almost certain that the medium would be the correct size based on measurements online and the fact that I wear a size 8 but to be safe I ordered a large as well. The “medium“ arrive today and I am pretty certain it’s a small. It has “WS” on it. The one I already own has “WM”. So I’m assuming the one I get on Saturday will be too big. I’m already bummed enough that I have to go through this procedure unexpectedly and I don’t need mismatched shoes. Plus this is not Darco brand, it’s clearly off brand, it doesn’t even match the pictures. Heck it doesn’t even match the other reviewer pictures. I ordered a replacement but it comes the day before my surgery which is cutting it super close. Especially if somebody messes up again. I suppose I could get one at the surgery center and pay three times as much but with a $1200 surgery I just really needed this break. So frustrating.

Suits purpose

Using with lymphedema bandages. Woman's medium is a bit short with bandages. I’m normally a size 8. Physical therapist advised next size would be too big and probably more of a tripping hazard. Managing with this size and being careful as I walk.

Doctor recommended

I bought this when the ER gave me the wrong size shoe and the Dr. who did my follow up recommended this shoe. It is comfortable and adjustable. My foot feels secure and has memory foam for comfort.

Replica but works

The shoe pictured on the ad is the not the shoe you receive. The shoe I got is a cheap replica. But it does what I need it to do for the moment so not too worried. The size chart is not exactly accurate. I wear a 7.5 women so I got the womens medium according to their size chart. Well, the WM just barely fit me. My toe came to very edge of the shoe (as u can see in my pic). If you will not need this type shoe for a long time, then this is a good buy. I gave 3 stars bcuz I feel they should use a picture of their own actual product instead of taking a picture from the Darco site.
