Worth the cost

Excellent shorts that I'd rate 5 star except the pocket flaps get really wrinkled and creased after washing. They have to be ironed to take out the wrinkles and creases. Otherwise these are great, comfortable shorts and the pockets are roomy.

Best Value Tough Cargo Pants

I write very few reviews. These deserve 5 Stars for price alone. People say material is not stretchy and a little heavy. I live in south Louisiana and I’m 100% loving the material. Kinda as good as Carhartt durability if you know what I mean. I wear a 36 all day every day and these fit as expected. Some say not enough belt loops. Hell, I’m ok with that. I use a thick real leather belt anyway. No issue. I like the snaps on the cargo pockets and back pockets. Better than zippers I think. And I hate button pockets in cargos. Final word. I liked these so much I instantly ordered another pair. I wear shorts 90% of the year here. So I know good when I see it. Great value. Don’t even think twice.

Heavy material, very little stretch

The material is almost canvas like, heavy, warm, not stretchy, and the sizing is WAY off by almost 2 sizes! The fit is fine onc got get the right size.

Perfect cargo shorts

I was looking specifically for cargo shorts with shorter inseam simply because I'm a short man. Most cargo shorts out there would go WAY over my knees, making my short legs look even shorter as a result. This is the perfect length for me. I've noticed some reviews that say it's too short - and yes, if you are 6ft or taller, these shorts will probably look too short and kinda funny. But that just means you failed to notice the part of the listing title where it says 9". Also the material is nice and sturdy.

These are fine

They look fine, fiancé isn’t picky, so he likes them. Warning to belt wearers, they are missing some belt loops in the design. There should be a second loop on each side of the front to hold extra belt length, but there isn’t. One loop at the zipper and the next all the way on the back.

Good cargos

Bought two pairs of 33x30 (same size I wear in Levi's, Lee's, or other Amazon brand bottoms). One khaki and one black pair. I think they were around $15 when I got them. Worth $20. Both fit great and are consistent. Great length for someone 5'9" who doesnt want shorts past their knees. These fall right at the top of my knee cap. Plenty durable. Stretch is adequate without allowing them to loosen and sag over a couple of wears. If I needed more cargo shorts I'd buy these again. Come on though, nobody needs to own more than two pairs of cargo shorts at a time.

A bit on the thick side

Living in South Florida I was looking more for a lighter pair of shorts so I returned. But with that said I will admit that the quality of the shorts were very good as well as the fit. They looked very well made although the price was not that attractive. Same as at the store more or less.

Reasonable product, although not my particular preference

The shorts appear to be reasonably well made. The price was OK. I was a bit disappointed by two aspects: 1. The cargo pockets flaps are not closed by velcro, but rather by 2 metal snaps. My experience has been that snap closures tend to pull out over time, they tend to rust with regular washing, and are more difficult to close than velcro. Time will tell if this happens with these shorts. 2. The fit is also not what I expected. The rise is a bit short, and the waist band sits lower than I expected, or prefer. They are wearable, but I probably won't buy this particular product again.

Superb Shorts

I got these in the grey colour at £7.99. Unbelievable price for the quality of these shorts. They are a nice thickish material, with good pockets, extremely comfortable and just the right length for me. Please note that the waist sizing seems to be based upon jeans rather than trouser size. I normally take 32 in jeans and 34 in trousers and these shorts in 32 fit perfectly. Perfect, so much so I've ordered another couple of pairs in different colours.

Great value for money

These are great quality and arrived really fast. I bought them for my other half to wear to work now we have the warmer weather. They are a great length... most combat shorts are longer to the knee which he doesn’t like. After reading reviews I went for a size 34 (he tends to wear a 36 but needs a belt) and they’re perfect

Comfortable

I've bought a few pairs of Goodthreads shorts and jeans and I'm always amazed at how well they fit. They are not too low in the waist nor too skinny. I'm an older man of average build and I feel good in these shorts.
