Not sure what size 8 kid these would fit!
Maybe the pants I got are an anomaly? But they fit me, a 5-foot+ adult, perfectly. I normally wear roughly a size 8 and these fit so well that I double checked the product page twice to confirm I hadn't somehow ordered an adult size. They're otherwise well made, hence the four stars. I'm gonna keep them for myself :)

Kids Need Lounge Pants Too!
I work a very early morning job, and I have to wake my kiddo up even earlier to drop her off at a family members house. These are great during the winter to throw on over her pajamas, to keep her warm for the walk to the car. I purchased two different colors, and she loves to lounge in them. They are a thicker, heavier material while still being soft. I bought her normal size and they are a little long and loose (but that’s okay for what we are using them for.)

Fantastic quality
Fantastic quality; stitched on bones look and feel fantastic. Clothes finicky kid didn’t get bothered wearing them. The inside is soft and warm, just right for fall season. If you’re questioning which size to get, go with the actual age (in my case size 7) of your child (assuming average height), these pants will probably fit my child another year. Paid $13 for these pants and was worth every penny.

The owls are almost at his ankles
They appear to run large and long. Of course, the problem now is that he likes owls and doesn't want to give them up. The quality seems OK.
