I bought this product because I like to use these sometimes over wearing pads for my period. For reference, I am a 20 yr old adult woman who is 5’6 and weighs 135lb. There are a LOT of things I like about this product. For one, it’s incredibly affordable - cheaper than Goodnites, the leading bed wetting brand for teenagers. Additionally, it is INCREDIBLY soft!!! It is like a literal cloud on my bum, the materials they use for this product is very high quality for a disposable diaper/pull up product. Not to mention, it stretches so much, which is why I felt confident in purchasing it based off of the reviews I found on YouTube of small-ish adults trying them out. Unlike Goodnites, this product has an unlimited stretch which is very beneficial for children/teenagers who are a tad bit heavier. In terms of absorbency, I have not exceeded its absorbency so I cannot vouch for it (period blood is not nearly as much as a persons bladder would be). Lastly, I enjoy the high cut sides that they have featured on their product. This is beneficial for people who have curves. I do have a butt, so often times the longer wings of bedwetting products tear at the sides due to my butt width. With these, that issue is eliminated and helps for a more streamlined fit for a lot of people I presume. The primary issue that I did have with this product despite how amazingly good quality it is, is that overtime, the extreme stretch of the product paired with the very soft, supple bamboo material allows for the sides of the diaper to deteriorate and tear very easily. I was able to comfortably wear these for 3-4 hours before I noticed the side panels stretched so much that they became two small rectangular strips across my waist, and it was struggling to hold itself up. Now, granted, I understand that I am an adult woman trying to fit myself in a diaper that is meant up to 15 year olds; I know that definitely is a factor there because my hips and my waist is not exactly the same as most 15 year olds. But with that said, I think it still is something to take note of if you are slightly bigger than the label because it ultimately has to deal with the product not having a stretch limit. The Goodnites underpants, for example, maintain their structure and function by having a ‘safety net’ of sorts where you can stretch them up to a point until you can no longer stretch them. This provides extra support and stability into the garment so that this situation does not happen after hours of use. Because this product does not have that, if you are doing long term wear and tear to the product that is outside of its general size limit, the product will eventually become unusable so I feel this is a factor to consider when purchasing this product. I don’t put any blame on this product. If this product came in bigger sizes for someone like me that would be most ideal - and if they were to alter the mechanics of the material to prevent this situation, that would be amazing. But aside from that, I would say you guys should definitely get this for your kid. It’s incredibly soft, comfortable, high quality, and relatively cheap for a bedwetting diaper on the market. The gender neutral patterns and colors is good because it’s simple and it’s not too eye catching; you can’t go wrong! Just be sure to pay attention to your size and if it fits within the weight limit.
