Works for headbands

I purchased this to construct no-slip ribbon headbands. Works as intended. I have hand washed one of the headbands that used this material several times and have not had any problems. Will purchase again.

It's not 50 yards!

This roll of Morex Viviana Velvet Ribbon was advertised on Amazon as 50 yds. but upon arrival it is clearly labelled as 20 yds. That's a big difference and the reason for 2 stars. However, it is still a decent price for 20 yards. The ribbon itself is a deep denim blue (navy) without sheen. It is soft and strong. Made in India

I paid for 50 yards but received only 31 yards

I was very disappointed because I precut the ribbon for a designated number of bows but found that I had received far less than 50 yards. I contacted Amazon and did receive a refund for one roll but not the roll I had cut. I offered to return the cut-up ribbon, but they would not accept the return. I know some people may think, ‘hey, you cut the ribbon, of course, you can't return it !” But I began my project believing that I had gotten what I paid for....fifty yards. The velvet is very pretty, the quality is excellent but unfortunately you are paying for fifty yards and receiving at best thirty-one yards.

Not 50 yards, only 20.

Listing says 50 yards. Spool states 20, so not a good deal. Not the best quality velvet ribbon... get swiss-made if you can find it.

Important to note this is not a crimson type red as shown in images. As you can see from the images once received it’s visibly lighter.
