The bottom of the cup did not lay flat so cup is tippy.

Great Travel Mug

I got a bunch of these for family members, and they really do keep your coffee hot. The only problem is they wobble a bit. I tried to sand down the bottom a bit, which seemed to help. Most of them have been really beautiful as well. This butterfly one looks better online than it does in person though. The one I have is quite faded so I am disappointed in that, but it does keep your coffee hot, so I guess that is all that matters.

No additional lid or straws

This cup is nice but it does not come with the extra lid and 2 reusable straws like mentioned. Only the hot beverage lid is included.

el vaso sirve para lo que es. guarda adecuadamente el calor de la bebida, y cumple su función. lo unico es que pedí el modelo de mariposas y me llegó la foto de una vaca!!
