They will shrink a full size in the dryer

Great shirts. Great price. Just know that they will shrink a full size after the dryer so order a size up if that will bother you.

Mystery hole opened up on a new shirt

Wore one before washing it and halfway through the day a 2mm hole appeared, center chest, with a run extending down from it. I think it was a loom error rather than an accident from me. So there is one of the pack of four that only saw a few hours of daylight.

I just gave it 4 stars because I expected the deep red to be a little darker. I have a couple of other colors and they hold up well.

Good Basic Shirt

Kinda soft kinda not. I bought this for work and I work on a grill and it keep relatively cool. Didn’t shrink after washing. Good purchase.

A staple in my closet.

Good affordable basic T-shirts. I use these T-shirts as my day shirts. You can dress them up or dress down or use them as an undershirt. They do shrink a little so I would not recommend drying them with heat every time. I would also recommend trying the colored T-shirts separate at least for the first wash to avoid any color bleeding on any other clothing. My only complaint is that they are a little bit of a oil or grease stain magnet. If you put them in the wash with anything that has oil or any type of grease on it, it will make its way to your shirts. So make sure you have some stain remover handy and a good laundry detergent.

100% cotton comfort and not too light weight

Good shirts

Size is always great, I’ve ordered several times. Sometimes they’re thicker, sometimes the fabric is thinner which is weird but the husband likes no matter what.

Smaller fit and coarse feel despite being 100% cotton, unlike past versions.

I bought a 6 pack of the XL version of these to replace an older version. These cheap basic T-shirts were perfect for most uses from physical work to working out to sleeping. They had a loose comfortable fit, were durable, not too thick, soft material, and did not lose their shape over time. Even the tagless labels stayed visible after many years of use and their seams did not wear out. These are too thick, feel coarse despite being 100% cotton, and fit too tightly both in the chest and torso. I am an average height stocky male with a thicker chest. It seems like Hanes is trying for a slimmer more stylish fit (probably not the realistic target demographic for a $6/ea T-shirt) while cheaping out on the material quality. These also have tags unlike the older version. These guys make great boxer briefs (bought two different styles recently), but this product is a fail vs the past. Returned.

they fit well, no taper in them which is good but the price being upped is something to look at, I think these plain black shirts should be cheaper then theyre priced however.
