Dependable
This is my third set. They create excellent arch support even in shoes that have none.

This product deserves somd descriptive ratings.
I was really surprised when these orthotic shoe inserts arrived to find that they were pre-shaped, not custom orthotics as I had expected, as others that I bought a decade ago had been. In fact, I was initially disappointed about that, but my disappointment lasted less than 24 hours. I had been suffering from increasing pain in my right Achillies tendon and later my heel for several months. For the past month I had been using a cane to keep some weight off my right foot to relieve the pain when walking or standing. Even so, stabbing pains would occur when I moved that I had to rank at a level of 10 at their worst (equivalent to that from burning flesh). To keep this story short, the morning after first using these orthotics for the first day, I woke and had no pain in my right foot when I put weight on it and very little discomfort for the rest of the day.. That was 5 days ago and they are still working. I am using them in my "house shoes." I will probably buy some additional pairs for my other shoes very soon. One week before ordering these orthotics I visited an orthopedist physician who recommended I seek treatment by a podiatrist physician, which I did earlier in the day that I ordered these. This purchase is compatible with her recommendations, and I made the purchase when I found that my custom orthotics did not seem to give enough relief. I give this product 5 starts because that is all that are available - I would give it 10 if I could!

This is the orthotic that my PT uses. He does make some adjustments to suit me specifically. Very comfortable.
