Nice concept, but it struggles to hold the weight

I would probably give this a 3.5. I love that this holds so many shoes, and has places for other items, but as you can see in the picture, the top doesn't hold the weight very well and I wonder whether this will last. The metal bar that it's hanging from is strong, so it might not be an issue... but it doesn't look great where it's bending and pulling out of the fabric, and I haven't even filled the shelves. Bought in June, only lasted until October. Today the metal hook it was hanging by completely came out as there was nothing substantial reinforcing or firmly connecting it in the top. I had to quickly find a place to store my shoes and shirts. A waste of my money. I now give it only 1 star.

I like it except for one thing

I love this thing, but once you load it up it kind of collapses under the weight. Granted I have heavy stuff in there, like jeans and boots. I had to have my husband cut a piece of plywood to reinforce the top where the hanger goes in (he just had to cut a hole in the wood to thread the hanger in, very simple). Good news is that this worked great, and it's serving its purpose very well. The shelves seem to be holding their shape well now, with just the addition of more reinforcement on top. Overall, I recommend it and would purchase again.

Rotates Easily & Keeps Everything Organized

My previous closet organizer had 6 shelves and I think I like more shelves and less vertical space, as it turns out. The organizer appears to be durable. It spins easily, too. The only thing I would change is to add more shelves to it, if at all possible.

great addition to small closets!

love the double features of this item. not only does it have nice space for storing folded items, the shoe pockets are wonderful for sandals, scarves or any other small items that can get "lost" in your closet.

I love this product

This is one of the better shoe and clothing storage items I have ever brought. Will not hold heavy items. I use for flip flop, sandals and hats.
