just buy the unisex mens, same fit less leaks

new swimmer and first pair of goggles. I watch videos on proper fit, and did some homework. I have inset, close set eyes. I bought the blue women's and a pair of grey vanquisher unisex/men's at same time. I have continual issues getting the women's not to leak on my face but I'll put on my husbands and instantly good. Same adjustments, same bridge, etc. The women's did NOT leak on him but did on me. Both leave marks on face but the unisex less b/c I don't have to wear them as tight. We kept switching to experiment. I also experimented with different bridges, putting the strap on different parts of my head, and strap adjustment. I took calipers and measured all the various directions and the unisex and women's are identical in size, but the straps are different. The men's strap felt a bit thicker, grippier. We don't swim with caps on so my only conclusion is the strap and that the unisex strap slips less. He doesn't use conditioner all the time and has very short hair. I lather in the conditioner and have long thick hair. So I'm left thinking it has something to do with all that. I have a swim cap coming but really don't want to wear it to make these goggle stay on. I like the refreshing feeling of water on the scalp. Even with a cap the fact that the unisex strap is better and all else identical, well just buy the unisex. The blue lens is nice. we are in an outdoor pool, but I did not want sunglasses, I like it bright just wanted to take the blaring edge off and they do that well. I think the vanquisher is a good goggle but I'd buy the unisex grey next round....or just skip to the custom that scan your face (ones on shark tank) if you are a committed swimmer.

Nose piece easily snaps off

These are great and don’t leak but the nose piece easily comes off.

My favorite goggles.

I have tried several brands, but I always come back to these. They fit my face the best, they last a long time, and they are comfortable. They come with four nose pieces, but the one attached is my best one. Word of warning: sometimes the darker lensed ones are cheaper. They are quite dark. Like sunglasses dark (the dark blues ones are the same, too, except you are seeing things dark and blue). If you are an early morning inside swimmer like me, you might find it difficult to see. If you swim outside, you'd probably love the darker ones! The light blue ones with the silver-ish lenses give the most normal vision inside.

Not adjustable.

I’m not too sure if I had received a defected product or not. Bought these for my 12yr old who started competitive swimming and the coaches couldn’t change the nose piece for her either, it just never held in place. It was almost as if the plastic piece didn’t have the edge on it so it would stay in place. Unusable product :(

works well. Comes with a total of 4 different nose pieces if you want to adjust. Unsure of quality because this is my first pair and I have only used them once. Attractive style though.

Comfortable but do steam up

I find it difficult to get goggles to fit and since Speedo stopped making my favourites having read the reviews I decided to get these. They steamed up at about 20 lengths even though I was careful. A lot of fiddling so that water didn’t leak in too!
