Perfect fit. Less than 4 stars only because I have not had the chance (ie. prolonged power outage) to test its accuracy near empty. Sure it will work, however.

This fit my 15 year old Briggs and Stratton generator gas tank. Make sure you measure length of old one as they come in different lengths.

Great quality cap fits on old generator with plastic tank

The Free generator I have was missing its cap, Measure the depth and thread ID and this cap is PERFECT now I have a cap and a fuel gauge. Great cap. Price a little high for what it is but it works!

Needed a gas cap for an older Craftsman tractor that has a discontinued part. Took a chance on this one and it FITS ! Should have bought the longer model so the gauge would probably have been correct but I just needed a cap that would seal. Nice quality ,good price and fast ship .

I bought it for a 2300 Series Craftsman Lawn Tractor but the stem is a little short (really need a 6" stem vs 5") ... so doesn't give a very accurate measurement .... but .... this is my fault ... not the seller's. All good !

Perfect!

Perfect fit for my old Mastercraft 16/46. Measure your tank depth ! Mine was only 5". This fit great. My old one had the plastic cover broken so water had a way of getting into the tank.

This would work very well, but doesn't fit my Generator :(

Gave it 5* cause it's a great product, but It doesn't fit my Champion Generator :(, my bad not theirs. Capsize too small but the length was perfect. Thanks

Like it says in title, they don’t list Briggs & Stratton but it is a perfect fit.
