Doesn't let you purchase

I have been trying to purchase the Philadelphia Eagles sherpa throw since Tuesday the 11th of October 2022. I had contacted Amazon and they said it would be fixed within 48 hours. Still didn't work after that time. Contacted them again and still didn't get it fixed. This item does NOT need to be customized. They need to redo the listing and take that off so us customers are able to purchase the items we want. Especially at a decent price.

Cannot purchase or add to cart.

I have been trying for several days to purchase this item but it says you must personalize before adding to cart. You do not need to personalize, but everytime I try adding to cart the screen said the screen says, "something went wrong, try again."

Still unable to purchase

Certain teams have been on sale for over 2 weeks but there has not been an Add to Cart button. Only a Customize button which gives an error message and does not allow anyone to purchase them.

Won't let you purchase any of the sale items

Only the high priced items even give the option to add to cart or buy now. All sale items come up customize now then freeze, as there is nothing to customize. Seems like a bait and switch to me.
