Nice Pan, Flat and cleans easy

Does what it should, cooks evenly, cleans easily, looks nice. It's a pan, not much else to say. Worth the price for quality.

durable and versatile

This is a pan you can use for some serious cooking. It is large and it is heavy, so be forewarned. But it can go from stovetop to oven and back again (with caution and oven mitts!), which is great. It can hold a lot of food, which is also great. You don't want to use this to cook two eggs or chicken breasts (you can, but it's a lot to clean for such small effort). I've found that these pans aren't quite non-stick (don't try to make certain mooncake filling in them without properly greasing them up first), but with proper prep, they're pretty close. They do a good job of distributing heat, too, as others have noticed. You don't have to be too careful with them, either. And this pan looks nice.

Great non stick performance! Easy to clean. Very large and versatile

The media could not be loaded. Build Quality This pan is very well made and durable. There are no manufacturing defects and all the materials are top quality. The aluminum is extra thick and the handles are solidly riveted stainless steel. The bottom heat spreader is thick and effective. NonStick Performance. The surface of the pan isn't smooth but it is nonetheless an excellent non stick surface. Liquids and fat just "float" on the surface of the pan and do not stick /burn (see video.) We have been using this for a while now and the performance has not degraded. As long as you follow the care instructions (do not use sprays!) the pan will maintain an excellent non stick surface. Searing Performance: Yes, this pan actually does sear like a non stick. With temps up to 500F you can actually use this pan for everything! Large / Heavy duty / Mid weight The pan is quite large and can easily handle about 6 courses for most 1 pan meals. While aluminum is light, the wall and bottom are thick and the diameter is large and the handles are stainless. Al this means the so the pan is about 5lbs. The dual handle design makes handling it a breeze however and I highly recommend using both handles when transferring the pan to a new location. Even Heating: The pan does do an excellent job of evenly heating on our induction stove. Easy to clean / Less burns By far my favorite feature of this pan is the ease in cleaning. For most cooking everything just rinses away under the tap water (wait to cool first). In addition the pan also seems to do a better job of preventing burns and if you do burn food, it cleans up much easier than other pans. Final thoughts: This is one of the best nonstick I have used and I highly recommend it. If you had to choose only one pan, this would probably be my top choice. It is very versatile and easy to clean.

Lacking on what it touts the most

While it is a nice and sturdy pan. It’s definitely not non-stick. My wife has cooked eggs in it and I’ve cooked chicken in it. Both of which left plenty behind. It’s still a solid pan and works great. I especially like how big it is to cook large portions, and the heat does distribute evenly. It’s also pretty heavy. And while the food doesn’t come off completely, it does come off easily when cleaning it. So your food might not slide out of the pan like advertised, but you do still get a big solid pan that’s easy to clean since it insists on hanging on to food.

Amazing pan!

This is typical Ninja product quality. It's heavy, similar to a cast iron pan. The coating is the best I've seen on a non-stick pan. I can use metal utensils on it, but I'll stick with my silicone utensils, just to be safe. The lid fits well and is just as sturdy as the pan itself. The heat distribution is great, too. I don't have any "cold spots" like with some of my other pans. I'm always impressed by Ninja products. This pan is no exception.

Excellent Pan

I really like the versatility of being able to go from stovetop to oven with this pan. It’s perfect for many of the recipes I make and super convenient Very easy to clean and is extremely heavy duty! This pan literally can handle it all and had replaced the need for other skillets in my house Would make an excellent gift for any new homeowner! 5 stars!

Great pan. Easy clean up

This is an awesome pan. It’s large enough to cook a meal for my family in it, and the non-stick coating makes clean up a breeze. Of course you will still need oil or butter when you cook for truly non sticking food. I don’t know who really cooks eggs direct on the pan without any extra coating but if you did the eggs will dry up on it but still will wipe off cleanly. It creates even heat distribution and you can even use metal utensils. I still stick with silicone utensils because it’s just engrained in me after all these years of using them. It has a good weight to the pan and great for stir frying, steaming or pan fry. I like this and use it frequently when I cook.
