Loved it, but too small and shipping issues

Product is of acceptable quality, but runs small. We began the exchange process on 12/25 and have yet to receive the replacement (1/5). I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Amazon Prime shipping, not only with this order, but multiple others over the last year.

Very soft & comfortable!

I bought for my 10 yr old son. I took a chance with sizing and it fits nicely. He usually wears a youth Large. Size 10/12 would be accurate for a lose/comfortably fitting hoodie. It’s soft and looks great!
