Office chair
This product was purchased for a home office. The assembly was easy to understand and all parts were accounted for. The ease of use directions were clear and easy to understand. The quality of the chair matches the price point. The fabric is a typical office chair fabric. The hydraulic lift works well. The comfort of the chair is moderate. It is not meant for all day sitting. It is also not made for overweight people. Overall- for the price it was a decent chair but I don't know if I would buy it again. Just a few factors to be aware of.

Customer service is the best!
Just arrived, putting it together and the fabric is torn. Not happy about this at all. STAY AWAY FROM RHIS CHAIR AND COMPANY. $70 wasted, total BS Update, Neo Chair replaced the back. The chair wobbles back and forth on the gas canister. Would I buy this chair again, no absolutely not. Not at all what I expected. I’ll most likely go to Staples or Office Max to buy a better chair. It’s not comfortable at all, but it serves a temporary purpose of working from home. I’ll update my review from 2 stars to 3 for their customer service. It feels like a kids chair on a regular office chair pedestal. The chair seat is very small. Oh well… Update 2, their customer service is the best. They took care of my chair issues. So that gains them another star up to 4.

DO NOT TAKE THE CAP OFF HYDRAULIC PUMP
The directions are so wrong on this product! If you take the cap off, you won’t be able to get the chair to lift. The directions overall are terrible. If you don’t put the back of the seat together first and then screw into base of seat as one unit, you won’t be able to get it lined up afterwards. I think whoever wrote the directions was ensuring job security for phone calls to customer service for help. I didn’t follow the directions and had no problem. Then my mom read them and said, oh, it says to take the orange cap off. So I took chair apart and did that, and then we couldn’t raise the seat! So do yourself a favor, burn the directions.

It's kinda cheap, but honestly so far it's been great! Just what I needed (easy to assemble, reliable (thus far), comfortable for the price range, and looks pretty good!)

Comfortable office chair but pay attention to the instructions when building it
When building this chair my wife missed the part that said to leave all the bolts loose till its fully assembled to make sure it all lines up correctly. She called me up into her office and told me to return the chair since it wont go together correctly, the holes don't line up. I told her "you must of put it together wrong". That didn't go over too well... I took the chair back apart and put it back together following the directions and leaving the bolts loose till the end and it went together like a charm. The wife loves the chair, much better than her old one.

Very comfy for WFH or Remote positions
This is the best chair I could’ve ever hoped for. I bought this chair shortly after starting a WFH position as a medical scribe. I honestly spent days looking through reviews and pictures of dozens of different desk chairs before I picked one just to make sure it was going to stand up to 8-10 hours of sitting. This chair is amazing and I have had absolutely no issues with discomfort with the arms, back, or seat of the chair. It’s very well made, sturdy, and easy to put together. The height is easy to adjust, and the seat is very large and roomy. The seat seems hard at first, but it’s very comfortable and supportive even without wearing it in. I am 4’9” and about 110lbs. I would say if you are taller or heavier it could be a different situation for long term comfort, however my boyfriend is 6’4” and would gladly steal this chair

Desk chair
Very easy to assemble, it is comfortable to work on, I spend more than 10 hours sitting down working and it is very comfortable. Its back support is very comfortable. The armrests go down a bit, but I recommend it.
