This worked really good for my floor drain I know that's not what was for but it fit perfectly and I like how tight the lid fits

Perfect fit as is

This riser was a perfect fit for extending the height of my NDS 12-inch catch basin. The screws fit and it's a solid connection without tape. The top grate also lines up perfectly. Though I don't buy the assertions that you can cut the bottom off to adjust the height - you would lose strength, stability, and attachment features if you do that.

Good Extension for adjusting drain height. These are easy to cut to the proper height so that the drains are at proper ground level.

Quality and perfect fit

It was a perfect fit with the basin I had installed years ago and very bit as sturdy. It comes with screw holes, but no screws. I chose to add sealant between the riser and the original basin but there is not as much flat surface contact between the riser and the basin as I expected. All in all though, it was exactly what I needed. A sturdy solution to the problem of a basin that was just too low.

Didn't nee the full height, so I trimmed almost half of it off with a cutting blade on my grinder. It still fit fine and now the catch basin is the correct height with the riser installed. Just exactly as planned. I'm happy.

8" tall can be cut to fix requires patience and work

If you have mounted the lower box parallel to grade it's great for extending 8 inches however you might not need 8 inch depth or one side needs to be lower to account for slope of pipe. Would gladly pay more for an adjustable extension. I cant be the only one thinking this. Can't find any sizes in between. I wound up cutting it on an angle to get to proper grande then siliconed it in place and some cement outside the box at the seam below grade. If you just stack it there is a hole to screw the extension to the box but soon as you cut the extension along goes the mounting screw holes. Hope this helps.

Worked as intended

Solid product. I had to cut 6" off. I used sawall with fine/metal cutting blade. During cutting, the polymer would melt and fuse back together at times. I had to cut slow, let it cool and continue. It's the only product that will fit and extend the depth of my basin, so I can't complain too much.
