Nice directions, nice hardware, installed correctly (per instructions) it is level, strong and firm. It is a nice piece and ⅓ the cost for a similar quality item. Good Job Moen! super fast delivery too. Very happy with result! Way to go Amazon!

It's back in the carton awaiting someone to install it. Comparing this to other products in this line, the details are not as well defined as I would have liked. Still, I think it will look OK once it's up on the wall.

looks great, kinda wobbly

looks great and matches my other moen accessories. After 1 year of use, now it's kinda loose and wobbly on the wall. We use it every day & it typically holds about 8-10 towels on top of it.
