Great for workouts
I was looking for a med ball to train with at home and this was just what I was looking for. It has a nice bounce, easy to hold, perfect weight distribution. I've had it for over a year and thrown it against many walls and still in great condition. Very durable.

Works as advertised not dux lux leather
The Shaq-bball textured apparatus bangs on concrete or concrete paint same proudness. But its not inspirational like a leather one but it is not supposed to be. The ball is excellent laxidity (colon property/attribute) and this could work in fluids like a pool or creek. Wal-Mart's aisle is from Affrika.

Bounces!!!!
Omg I searched high and low for a medicine ball they could actually bounce. I am so happy that I found this one after making way too many purchases for the wrong one! I only wish they had different weight options instead of a max of 12 hopefully in the future, they will restock the heavier ones that bounce! Thanx Amazin Amazon!

It does bounce some-I like this feature
My PT recommended getting a slam ball as part of my shoulder rehab. First one I tried had this awful hard tread on it-felt like it was ripping off my skin. This one is very nice. It feels like a basketball, easy to grip. It bounces some when I slam it, enough to catch it, but not enough to hurt me. I have ordered one other brand to try, but think will stay with this one.

Just as good as name brand
I purchased this to use in my home gym. It is good quality. Doesn't slip when gripping it. Excellent for weighted ab exercises.

Nice addition to the home gym.
I really do like this medicine ball. It has good weight and feels like it is of good quality. My only concern is that it is a bit slick. This might be that it is new still and needs to be used a little more. It is not so slick as it falls from your hands so it is manageable either way. Satisfied with the purchase.

You can use for massage your back and legs with assistance
Nice product.. Worth the price... Apart from working out with this ball.. You can lie Flat on the floor and have someone massage your back by rolling the ball... I drive 150kms a day, over few months time my back got stiff... Assisting person don't have to squeeze his energy all out.

BEST MEDBALLS ON HERE
this is 100% the best medicine ball I have found for a cheap price.. These are usually quite pricey. Has a nice grip on it if you want to bounce it (which it does bounce).. quality is great and has shown hardly any signs of wear and tear.. i use it indoors and outdoors on concrete and it doesn't scrape away the material. Would buy more for sure. Thanks Amazon Basics!!
