Very Good

I have type 2b/2c hair which even though is considered wavy my curls are on the tighter side in the inside and looser on the outside. My hair is also picky to what products I can use and from day one I have had no problems with this product. Smells great and it leaves my hair soft and hydrated. Of course I have to always have supplemental products in my hair or the curls with revolt and turn against me lol. On a side note, I use an electric deep conditioning hood for deeper penetration.

Worth the price.

Expensive, yes. But I've tried many products on my waist-length, very wavy, thick-yet-fine hair, and this stuff gives me shiny, soft, defined-but-not-crunchy waves that smell nice. Everything about the product screams "rich and luxurious," from the packaging to the feel of the balm to its effects, and luckily a little goes a long way. I use the product as a deep conditioner (leave on 10 minutes or overnight) and/or a leave-in styling tool. Either way, gorgeous hair.

Good product, but they changed the scent.

I like this product very much, but the scent is different and that was one of the things I liked best about it. It came in a teal green container and the one I bought from a salon came in a black container. Perhaps via Amazon it is not quite the same as if I had bought it in the salon. Next time, in order to get that wonderful scent, I will buy from the salon.

Long-lasting, also good on fine hair

One treatment lasts me 2 weeks, & I think it’s great. I have fine hair with a perm, but perm is 1/2 grown out, & this makes a huge difference where perm is gone!! The smell is strong for me, so I use other conditioner after, & that solves that. My daughter has thicker hair, & she loves this - she let me try hers first.

Good product, get at a salon, not through amazon

This works well for dry, curly hair. Both times I have ordered on Amazon, it arrives with the lid cracked. Ships in little plastic container inside of a small, thin paper box. The lids will not screw on so I just have to set the lid on top. Good product but I would get it from a salon instead of ordering online.
