Worked for our little one
Bought for our son who was 4lbs 7oz. They were a little big at first but so was every preemie outfit we bought him. Dad is an Air Force veteran so I had to buy these little airplane outfits. They were a little thin but he was swaddled and stayed warm. We did feel they ran a little short.

Fits weird
I bought these for my small preemie reborn dolls. Good thing they have small bent legs, because there doesn't seem to have much room for real baby legs extending and stretching. They are really cute though.

When my friends baby was born preemie she had nothing that fit baby girl I ordered her these and they was delivered to her house before they even left the hospital so baby girl had fresh clothes at home and they fit her well it's really hard to find preemie clothes in my town so Amazon was definitely my answer and these outfits did not disappoint

Best preemie true to size outfits
I ordered these for our preemie twin boys that were between 4lbs-5lbs and they fit perfect! It was hard to find actual preemie clothes that fit them because they were born so tiny. These outfits fit them perfect after a couple of washes. I would recommend these to any parents looking for preemie outfits. I struggled with finding things for them as their isn’t really a huge market for preemies.

Great Preemie Sleepers
My little one was born 3 weeks early and none of the clothes I had would fit her little frame. I ordered the preemie size. These were perfect for her. While I generally prefer zippers on sleepers, I’m glad these had snaps. I was hoping they would have the built in mittens to avoid LO from scratching herself. However, she didn’t end up needing it. If that’s something you definitely want then these do not have that.
