Work well with led wafer lights
I discovered these when looking for dimmers that work with led wafer lights. Everywhere I read said most of the dimmers will create a buzzing. I'm sensitive to that kind of sound. I haven't tried others, but I've heard horror stories and the buzzing with these is pretty limited...I hear it coming from the tranformer rather than the light but I think it won't be noticeable once the drywall is up. It definitely isn't bad as ordinary electrical hum even exposed. I did get one bad out of 6 that flickers the lights when the dimmer isn't set to max. 3 ways with dimmers on 2 switches are a little different because they just use whichever dimmer is lower so I just use the other dimmer. These are pricey but options are limited for the lights I used based on my research, and I'm pretty satisfied. These have been occasionally hard to find or keep in stock so I've bought from several places beyond Amazon and nobody is selling them cheap.

Works well with Soraa's 120V MR16/GU10 LEDs
I recently purchased a dozen Soraa 120V MR16/GU10 Vivid 2 LED lamps (MR16-50-B03-120-940-60) for use in some track lighting fixtures. The dimmer I had them on was a Lutron NT-1003P and the bulbs had a noticeable hum/buzz even at 100% brightness. I investigated Soraa's compatibility specs and next tried a Leviton IPL06-10Z and the hum/buzz remained. I tried the lamps without the dimmer and noticed the hum/buzz was almost inaudible. I did some more research and decided to give a Trailing-Edge (i.e. ELV) dimmer a shot. I investigated Soraa's compatibility specs, and the SELV-300P was on the list so I figured the three way version would probably work. Voila! The hum/buzz is dramatically reduced - it's basically at the same levels as it would be without the dimmer at all. It dims smoothly. The minimum brightness level isn't as low as I'd like it, but I suspect that's more to do with the LEDs than the dimmer. In order to keep people from over-dimming the LEDs (which leaves them receiving power but not displaying any light), I folded a strip of paper into a T configuration, cut it to the right width, and taped it into the bottom of the slot. Voila - the slider won't go beyond the minimum point for the bulbs turning on from the switch. If you're on the bleeding edge of LED technology and want a solid dimmer that will work well with Soraa's 120V LEDs, I recommend giving this one a shot.

Very good dimmer for 10V control LEDs
Installation became worrisome when I read that this control needs to be directly connected to the lights. Someone else did the wiring in the house and didn't document how the two three-way switches were wired. I had to kill power and probe with a multimeter and was fortunate that the location where I wanted the switch was the one connected directly to the LED lights. Once installed, it worked perfectly. There is a tiny buzz from the LEDs but it is very low level and I have good hearing.

Trailing edge dimming circuitry
From what I understand trailing edge dimming like this device demonstrates in the attached pictures is more efficient for electronic LED light drivers. Reduces inrush currents as compared with leading edge dimming. Hopefully the improvements justifies the increased price!

Defective Switch
Switch arrived in a beat-up taped box. Switch toggle was broken. Switch did not pass ohmmeter test. Completely useless. Stinks that I had to pay shipping to get this POC.
