Zipper broken

Arrived with zipper broken. Didn’t realize it until after return window had closed. Not as dark of a color as expected.

No color options, but got a different color!

The scarf was suppose to be Red. The advertisement was Red only there where no other choices of color, and for some reason I received a Heather Gray one. Very disappointed!!

After initially receiving the wrong item, I received this item in decent timing. That’s the only good part. The color is very wrong and the stitching of the logo doesn’t look like the photo. The OU isn’t separated (see picture). I’ll be sending this back with the wrong item I received before. I’m quite disappointed given its cost and what looked to be a nice scarf for the winter.
