False Advertising not 60w sockets/bad tech support

Although it says "Starburst array of twelve E26 60W light bulbs." it isn't. At least not the one I got. There are stickers on the sockets that says "25 watt max" also the assembly instructions say 25 watt max. I called Amazon technical support. The amazon technician said "go ahead and put 60 watt bulbs in it." I have little faith that she knew that overloading circuits (by loading sockets to max capacity 240%) is a serious fire hazard. Even after I explained it she didn't get it. Also there is damage to the base so it won't sit flat. Several dings in base and the packaging styrofoam had been shredded making a snowy mess after assembly. I still love the design. Sockets do work. I wish it could handle 65w compact florescent :(

very cute but a pain to put together and buy bulbs for. I've had it for weeks but still haven't gotten around to getting it in working order because you need a teeny tool and special bulbs i had to order online.

this lamp did not include light bulbs which requires approximately 10 bulbs; nor instructions on what type of bulbs required. Attempted to return lamp however unable to do so as I missed the 30 day window for return (which I was not aware of 30 day return policy). I've now owned the lamp for months without usage as I have not had time to research type of bulbs required and where to purchase. Lamp too expensive to cause such grief to own!

Loved it.

Easy to install. Stylish and matches the floor lamp. Far better choice than more expensive options via RH.
