Large size / attractive shades - was a bit of trick to put together .

A super heavy marble base is excellent! Screwing the top section with the 3 lamps into the base section -1/2 up the span from the marble base was a trick. The top portion is heavy, and with the wire running down the middle was a challenge to get to screw in straight and it wanted to bend at that connection point. If not for this .. I would be at 5 stars. The shades are attractive, the span is large, the base is very nice, and a heavy piece of marble. It may have been just me with the assemble.. but with the weight of the ends of both pieces.. found it to be a challenge and almost stripped the treads of the joint in the process.

Sturdy, beautiful, and adaptable!

I’m a therapist and let’s face it; no one wants to cry under fluorescent lights. I wanted to bring a lamp to provide a warm and homey feeling into my office. Yet I needed a lamp that could be very sturdy and adaptable for daily adjustments where some people like more or less light. I was really worried about how the product would come together and work after reading reviews. However, my partner and I carefully and methodically put it together knowing in some reviews parts were bent or broken (even without assembly started). I’d recommend putting it together with an extra person, as it is heavy and to help prevent joint pressure on the lamp as it comes together. This lamp arrived in parts perfect condition and still came together nicely. It’s been used regularly and was well worth the investment.

Not that great. . .

Now that it is assembled it looks great. It really lit up the dark corner behind my sectional couch. However the fit and finish left much to be desired. You need to connect the two upright poles together which did not want to cooperate and I cannot seem to connect the pole to the base tight enough for the pole to stand straight up. It's just too heavy to be connected and supported by a single threaded rod to the marble base. This causes the lamp to lean one direction. Luckily for me this was not a big deal because it is unseen but when used other places it would be a HUGE problem. Careful where you place this.

Sturdy and great appearance

Love everything about this pole lamp! The pole is very sturdy and great finish. The lamp shades are well made and perfect color. The mechanism to turn on each lamp works well. The height is perfect for reading or just overall lighting effect in the room. It looks perfect in the back of my sectional.

Very elegant but…

The lamp itself is very elegant and chic but putting it together is a beast!!! The main pole still isn’t fully screwed together but it seems to be holding just fine anyway. The base is solid marble not faux marble over cement or some other filler. It looks great over the head board of our bed and it’s great for reading or working on your laptop from home. I would give it 5 stars except putting it together was seriously the worst I’ve ever encountered, so be aware of that.

Love this purchase l!

Our family bought this lamp and put hue lights in it. The base is very heavy and sturdy which is good to have with kids and animals running around.

Can't get shades straight

Seems very sturdy and I like the marble base. I can't get the shades to sit properly. You can tell in the photo that the bottom shade looks crooked but it's set down as far as I could get it. If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong please let me know!

Great lamp - but was trinity, not bowery style

The picture that goes with this lamp is not accurate. I thought I was ordering the bowery style, but it is the trinity style. Not worth the effort to return. Despite the fact that it's not the bowery style, I do really like the lamp. Gives plenty of light - sturdy base, super easy to put together. Since the lamps are all lined up and cannot be separated, I used 40 watt bulbs and that is plenty of light.
