LOVE these!

Love these - got two different sizes to work side by side in a cavernous cupboard and they work great! Installation took a little bit of time for my husband, but we love the outcome. Great product.

Well made, sturdy and attractive, but arrived in opened product box and damaged

Elegantly designed to be easy to install, attractive, useful, functional and easy to clean. Just as good as all that it fits my kitchen cabinet as if custom made for it. The downside is it arrived in a previously opened product box containing a bottom basket bent in two places and rattling around due to missing packing. Luckily I was able to bend the basket back into shape without damaging it further and no parts were missing.

Quick to install, solidly built, and very sturdy

This shelf unit is a very good looking and sturdy addition to my kitchen. If I needed it to it would easily support my KitchenAid mixer along with the pans it's holding. And the stainless steel finish looks great. My only quibbles (and they are just quibbles) is that the instructions for assembly and installation could be a little bit clearer. I'm an experienced DIYer but still had to raise an eyebrow at the instructions a couple of times. This isn't to say the assembly and installation were difficult; they just weren't explained as clearly and simply as I believe they could be. You don't need power tools for either the assembly or installation, but a powered screwdriver or drill will certainly help. You also don't need to remove the cabinet door; in fact, if it's off for some reason reinstall the door before installing this shelf set. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase, and, if I happen to need another one in the future, would buy this product again.

Great shelves, but broken weld

These are great shelves, super study once you assemble them (couldn't give them 5-stars on that because the sucker was a bear to screw in on the back panel of the cabinet and the baskets are tricky to install - however, they are secure once installed!). Unfortunately an important weld on the front of a basket, where one would grasp to pull the basket out, was broken. This causes the basket to shift up and down on the broken weld. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until the last step of installation when I was setting the baskets. Because I know how to fix things, it's too much hassle to disassemble, return, and reassemble, so I'll get some JBWeld and fix it myself; however, for $90 (appx) this should NOT have happened. Can I get just a replacement basket? ...I have no idea because the only option in Amazon was to return it entirely, and I'm not doing that (see why, above). Otherwise, good shelves, great height options, very stable/secure, and the ball-bearing drawer slides are smooth and work great

Great product.

Needed this for storing pots and pans in a small under-counter cabinet. Perfect! Husband did the install in rather close quarters. He is very good at this sort of thing, so it seemed to be fairly easy. It is very sturdy and holds some rather heavy pots.

Some damage but otherwise a great product!

The media could not be loaded. Front weld was broken. Otherwise very sturdy, and love that the 2 levels move independently, are wider than others & are deeper so things don’t fall out. It’s just a shame it is constructed with weak welds & welds in the middle in some places instead of a continuous strong rod. Husband had no trouble installing & instructions were correct. Holds an entire set of All Clad & the weight was no problem! Definitely the largest, strongest pull-out option for a 15” cabinet.

Good product

K&V produces good product. But this particular one could use more detail instruction and better hardware. Instruction stated to used #6 screw to mount the rail frame to cabinet but #6 screws were not provide with all hardware for installation. Also did not stated, whether the rear mount bracket, connecting to the top rails need screw to securing them together or not. if they needed hardware, it was not provided. Other then that product is good minus of few minor details and hardware that should be there!
