great price and it came with 2 bulbs.
I like everything about it, it came with a lamp for grow and a lamp for bloom. I just hooked it up this week but I am sure I will have great results.

I power 600w HID light
Very good product came a little bent but just bent that back works great plants love it just if you have a small space this puts off a lot of heat if you don’t already know.

OK for money but
Well it's OK it is adjustable. But you have to have the right bulb to coincide with power setting after a week of 600watt bulb running on 250 or 400watt setting bulb burnt out. Maybe my error but did not see when it said that I had to search internet to figure out what happened. Other than this i have no other complaints.

Worked as described.
I bought this item based on the reviews here to grow leafy vegetables indoors during the winter. I have no previous experience with indoor growing or HID lights at all. The item arrived precariously packaged though. I had bought some soil at the same time and these items were bundled together in the same box from Amazon. When I opened the box the huge bag of soil was on top of the box with the lights! There was a little crushing, and I expected the bulbs to be shattered but thankfully everything was in working order. I knew from searching around online that they put out a lot of heat, and this item is no exception to that rule. The el-cheapo amazon tent I bought had its temperatures raised around 10f after I fired this badboy up. The heat was easily mitigated with a inline fan and some simple ducting. The only real problem I encountered when moving air out of the tent was the incredibly bad smell of my cherry tomato plants. Guys who grow medicinal herbs recommend using a carbon filter, so I guess I will begin research on that soon! Here are a few things I thought were relevant: -The ballast is quite small and makes a light humming sound from cooling fans. It stays cool to the touch. Dimming the bulb is achieved via a silver knob that shows the power percent level. The ability to dim the bulbs is rather handy in controlling temperatures. -The wing reflector feels incredibly flimsy. The socket assembly to screw the bulb into feels just as flimsy. -The eyes to hang the reflector by are actually just metal tabs that need to be folded up in order to use. This is just sheet metal that could easily break if flexed too many times. I would suggest just bending them out once and leaving them alone. -The power cables are quite long and seem to be made very well. -The bulbs seem generally good. I have very little experience in this area, but they light up and are blindingly bright. -The included rope ratchets are just the generic type of ratchet found here on Amazon. I have ordered 2 different brands and received the exact same item both times. Works like a champ. I think for the price this is a very good deal. It's just not logical to complain about a item feeling cheap when it was the cheapest thing available! I believe generally you get what you pay for, but in this items regard I believe you get more than that. It becomes a incredible deal with prime shipping added in. If I decide that 400 watts isn't enough I would not hesitate to buy another iPower bundle.

Incredible value
Incredible value! My one and only gripe is that it doesn't have any lower dimming options than 600w. It has 600w, 750w, 1000w and then a "super lumens" setting that draws 1,120w. I'd sacrifice the super lumen setting for a 400w setting.

Works well
This is my first experience growing indoors. This light seems to work very well, I haven't had any major problems with it. When I first received it, I had no idea how to connect the wing reflector to the part it attaches to which holds the bulb. There is no instructions on what to do in that situation. The only way I could see to connect it since the holes for the screws did not line up and the wing was too long was to partially cut a square out each side where the ratchets attach and bend it back to make room. They were definitely not made to go together. I made sure to try the light out first to make sure the whole thing worked before I did it, just in case I needed to send it back since I'm sure even though the only way to make the wing fit was to cut it, they probably wouldn't accept the return since it wasn't in it's original condition. I have owned this and used it since January of this year so it's been around 3 months and it has done what it's supposed to do. I've had it on an 18/6 hour schedule until the last week or so since it's flowering time. I have changed out the bulb to the one that has more red spectrum for flowering and put it on 12/12 schedule. My plants are flowering beautifully. the only real issue I've had is that when I got my electric bill, I compared it to how much was used last year at the same time (the only big difference in my usage from last year is the light) and it was almost twice as much!!! I also compared it to the month before which was also about twice as much. I saw other reviews before I bought stating that they noticed only a slight difference in their electric bill and I'm wondering if they possibly didn't read it right or?? my usage coming to twice as much as last year with me plus a roommate and 4 boys with the light being the only real difference is completely ridiculous! I have seriously cut down on my usage of other electrical items and kept my heat basically off just to hopefully make it go down slightly!!!

Great value
Have had a couple runs with this, puts out a good amount of heat. You will want good ventilation if you're using in a small space. Produces very nice "vegetables"

After doing some research found out that it should work fine and sure enough it did
I found a couple pieces of broken glass on the inside of one of my bulbs. After doing some research found out that it should work fine and sure enough it did. Overall I would say that this is a great product for the price. I would however advise you to get the cool tube package as this light does produce a lot of heat. My plants love me right now for getting this package as they have never looked better. If you are looking for an affordable high quality system you can't go wrong with this buy.

keeps showing up broken
Had two of these show up with one lamp broken each time. Amazon requires that the ENTIRE order be returned rather than just the broken lamp so I nixed this and bought a large CFL bulb which worked just fine for my purposes
