Good looking ring but bracket needed adjustment

I had the same problem as some others-- the bracket screw would not work to mount the towel ring on the wall. I was going to return the item but noticed Jim's nifty idea (4/2021 review) of installing a spacer washer between the bracket and wall and that solved the problem; now the bracket is out far enough from the wall to allow the screw to engage and hold it firmly. So-- the ring is nice, the installation bits are problematic.

Great product....missing part

The product is exact what you would expect from Kingston Brass; however, the mounting bracket is missing from the package. So I will not be able to hang it before the holidays.

I had been trying without success to find an antique brass finish and a brand that I was impressed by....until now!!! So many are either too cheap or too expensive. Kingston Brass is so perfect. I also love the way the connector is rounded at the top so that it connects to the wall securely. This is a great product and line. Love the Vintage Brass finish

Nice towel ring.

This is what my bathroom needed. I was previously in the habit of wiping my hands on my pants after washing them, but now I have a towel hanging next to the sink. MY Daughter approves. I found, however, that the polished brass version of the same ring matches my bathroom better, so I ordered that one and will donate this one to charity.

You should stay with one brand, because they all can be slightly different. With that being said, this is a great product, well made, and looks good.

Seems less sturdy than others I have purchased...a little flimsy. I prefer the Moen that I purchased as they seemed more substantial

Wall bracket is wrong

The bracket that mounts to the wall, does not protrude far enough to engage the set screw. After ordering a second one and finding it was the same, I put a spacer washer between the bracket and the wall, and it is holding firmly. The plastic wall anchors are also inadequate and needed to be replaced with more substantial ones.

Useless - missing parts to hang on the wall

Great. So I can just let it sit on the table. There is no way to hang it. Just a piece of shiny metal. Where are the parts to enchor it in the wall?

box was a shambles and clearly a return. hardware missing. have to return it before I get a refund. BRUTAL!
