String not tied and image much smaller than shown

The golden string was not tied to product and when trying to do so, the string will not stay tied and the ends frayed making it nearly impossible to use. I will need to find a new string so it can be hung. The pea images are much smaller than picture shown. A very cute idea but not exactly the gift I was hoping to give.
